Well done sole. I had sugar detox yesterday. I felt so tired and hungry. Today am much better and on truck. Brain and eyes pointed out every sweet thing in the house.
I absolutely junked for two months.
I can't weigh my self now. I will give myself a week before doing it which should lead to crunch time to get all the weight off. 💪🏽

I feel weak for a few days when I'm sugar detoxing. But I find the balsamic vinegar satisfies my sweet tooth a bit. Also my morning porridge.
