I love balsamic. I bought some balsamic salt a little while ago and I have become totally possessive over it. It is heavenly!

Sole - good idea on the heating. Leave the window ajar too.

I am going to have a bit of chicken and balsamic salt for dinner I think...

I tried the balsamic pearls from Waitrose but I didn't like those.

Once in a Slimming World meeting the lady told us

5 teaspoons of virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon of french mustard
Some sslt n pepper

Sole - it was from "My Secret Kitchen" - one of those tedious selling parties at someone's house where you feel obliged to buy something, but this is truly lovely and I feel panic at it running out and not being able to replace it. It is lovely on scrambled eggs and chicken. Actually everything.

And Scoop, there are loads of bunnies in it tonight! 😀

I am on day 10 of no alcohol. I haven't gone this long before outside of pregnancy.
