Loved the last thread, wonder if we'll have a Mumsnetter on the show this year??

So far this series most of the designers have, erm, pushed the boundaries with the homeowners, haven't they? The homeowners tonight seem quite definite about their likes and dislikes too.

I thought Suzanne's own room, with the fabric decoupage on her bedstead, was awful!

Shaida going beserk with black lace! Makes me think more flamenco dancer than Gothic don't know why.

That stencilling thing looks terrible.

Wow, why isn't he just making a big print for their wall? Those drawings were great.

Does Grade 2 listing prevent people from drilling holes in the wall?

Oh Christ those lions are VIIIIILE.

I hate the beads. I hate the magenta lion table thing. I hate the plant holder.

That lion was an atrocious challenge.

I like the pink lion. But Shaida's lion looks like my cat after the kids have been let loose with the hundreds and thousands. No bueno.

I think Grade 2 is ok for walls- we're in a Grade 1 and can't make any marks in walls

That reclaimed wood stuff looks awful though.

Purple I never like them at this stage, but sometimes they come together for me at the end. Not very often, though.
