Karen hardy would be a great judge, very knowledgeable but also funny and charming. Has a strong personality, very different to Len but would be fab!

James said Ore had training purely on the basis that he's so good that "obviously" he's had training. Nobody has actually pointed to anything he's ever done except Let's Dance for Comic Relief

Watching this makes me realize what the series has been missing this past few weeks - fewer female contestants remaining meant fewer gorgeous male pros to perv at.

My personal opinion is that the new judge should be either Anton, Ian Waite or Karen Hardy.

I adore Anton but think it should probably go to Karen. However my teacher thinks she's still a bit too involved in the dance world - she'd have to give up competitive judging (most of the big competitions are in October/November) for a start, and if she's training professional couples she might not have as much time for them.

I couldn't take Brendan as a judge and I think he would bring too much aggro. I would really like to see Anton as judge but that seems to be a pretty unpopular view - I think he would bring knowledge, sympathy and humour.

Clearly Darcy has huge experience and a love of dance but I agree with Ilovesooty she just comes across as bland and vacuous
