Just caught up with the thread.
Louise couldn't have been duller if she tried and I have to say we did laugh at those plastic flowers on her head, that was an awful outfit for her and didn't really show off any hip action even if there had been much which there wasn't. Kevin was also quite crap/desperate for a pro and they looked evenly matched, which wasn't a complement.
I thought Ore was actually good tonight, yes he didn't do that much in the tango but he did have manly presence and was a good foil for Joanne, and his steps on the first dance were excellent.
Claudia- hmm, I was rooting for her last week, her first dance was ok but a bit odd, not helped by the strange outfit, her second was brilliant and a lot of fun, very well danced, and no idea why she didn't get 10's all the way compared with Louise's dance.
Danny was good, but he has plateaued somehow, although the ending of the second dance actually caught my breath. Oti is a great choreographer as well as dancer, I think having a partner who is good has inspired her, I don't know how she would have coped with Ed in comparison. I still love watching their dances, though.
So- who to vote for? It's harder than I thought it would be, have voted for Ed all the way, with the odd Danny and Claudia but not sure tonight.
And Darcy looked awful, bad hair colour, bad make-up and seemed almost witchy in her comments at times. Len looks like he can't wait to get out of delivering his corny lines and off to somewhere less predictable.
