I am hoping by the end of this thread Phelan will have disappeared, Anna and family will have moved away and someone will have remembered to book a babysitter for baby Jack.

I think Andy is gonna start pursuing (is that the word?) Phelan...

Leanne's walk was absurd. I'm surprised that an experienced actress like her would do something that silly.

Love Fiz's hair when loose. Great skin. Dreadful actress though.

I wonder if Catherine Tydsley(sp?) gets fed up of being trussed like a prize bird, with her boobs hanging out. She's a decent actress and a very good singer.

I noticed on Twitter that Jane Danson said the walk she did was misjudged.

What was in the letter Eileen had, d'you think?

I wonder if Eileen's letter was from Andy (Michael's fake son) who has evidence that Phelan was a con artist/possible murderer.

Hepzibar David doused himself and his car with petrol and was going to drive to the courthouse when Kylie's murderer was leaving after sentencing and kill the murderer and himself by driving into him and the car burning (or something) The other Platts tried to stop him by locking him in the Bistro but he escaped and drove down the cobbles at top speed, nearly killing Lily but Gary saved her. He got out but The car then exploded and Anna got caught in the flames and her legs got burnt.

There were a lot of strangers in the church for the wedding that wasn't.
I see that Hope and Ruby have been let out at last; and Michelle has remembered she has a son called Ryan. We now know that Cathy has rented out her house, hence her and Alex sleeping at Yasmin's.

Kevin lives at no13. I looked it up in Corriepedia. Upstairs it has two bedrooms and a bathroom; so Kevin and Anna, Faye, Jake(Jack?), and Sophie when she returns from Miami. I make that 4 bedrooms. Even if they use the front room they are still one short,

Kevin should be a bit more understanding with Anna, I hope this storyline doesn't drag on with Kevin being moody as Anna doesn't want him to see her legs.
I do feel sorry for Cathy as Roy did lead her on and I didn't like Brian and Tyrone sticking their noses in as if they are experts on relationships.

Why isn't there strong female characters anymore?
Eileen and Anna are weak characters and never used to be. I hope Anna takes down Phelan with the help of Eileen and Todd

Would Anna not still require quite specialised care with burns like that? (I genuinely don't know, but they look quite severe to me.)

What did Brian and Tyrone reveal to Roy that stopped the wedding? I typically got a visitor just as they arrived so I missed it all. I haven't been watching it religiously lately so I wasn't aware there might have been a problem.

They asked Roy if he was doing the right thing, he said (something like) he wasn't sure, but he had made a promise to marry her. This was all recorded on the Dictaphone, which Anna heard just before she went into the church.

I thought that Phelan saw Anna posting a letter through Eileen/Phelan's door while she was posting her Christmas cards.

I am glad that the wedding did not go ahead. I think Roy putting his wedding ring back on showed that he was not ready to re-marry. Nobody could ever live up to Hayley. I just hope that he finds some happiness again one day. He may never get married again, but he has/had positive and mutually beneficial relationships with Becky, Carla, Fizz, Tyrone, Fizz etc.

Yes Patience and I thought that was stupid, as she wouldn't be sending Eileen a card this year.

Plus the fact she can hardly walk but she must send them xmas cards out!
