I am hoping by the end of this thread Phelan will have disappeared, Anna and family will have moved away and someone will have remembered to book a babysitter for baby Jack.

I know this is off topic but that bag Sarah always uses the dark green one.. isn't that the one Callum bought her that time? So why would she carry on using A bag by a man who tried to rape her and who her sister in law killed and buried under her house? Wouldn't you get rid of it?

Also I think zeedan and rana should be getting their own place as they are married. It seems a bit or of place then living with their grandmother. It doesn't fit with the soap in my opinion.

They should, but very few on the street seem to move out from their parents / grandparents on the Street.

What puzzles me is how people manage to move (permanently or otherwise) with so little baggage. Cathy is in her 50s, she had her own house (now let out), she moved in with Roy, now as far as I can tell she has a room at Yasmeen's. Where is all her stuff?

Not to mention the fact that her hoarding problem was miraculously cured.

They do seem to move from house to house in a mary Poppins style manner

Robert needs to expand his horizons. Married to Tracy then obsessed with Carla and now making cow's eyes at Michelle. Get yourself into a bar in town!

Eva accuses Toyah of betraying her own flesh and blood. Leanne isn't her flesh and blood though!

Don't they share a dad in Les Battersby? So many family revelations in Corrie that I can't always remember who's related to who.

No Toyah is Janice's and whoever she was with before Les.

Sinead has clearly being hitting the Botox! And I can't imagine she had much in the way of wrinkles. Seems crazy someone her age having a frozen forehead.

Just catching up now - Michelle said to Robert that Steve had gone playing golf with Johnny, but that it wasn't 'his thing' and that he's more of a crazy golf person. She must have forgotten that he used to be a member of a golf club with Dev - they spun quite a few storylines around it!

And no idea why Dev's hassling Zeedan over the money when it's Aliya it all went to, so why isnt he pursuing her

Zeedan begged Dev to liaise with him, in order to keep his grandmother out of it. He promised Dev that he would repay the money personally.

Have Corrie and EastEnders scriptwriters been set the same homework this week? 'Compose a set of storylines involving a baby shower (element of who's the daddy optional) and a small business owner getting into financial difficulties to help a hospitalised uninsured relative abroad'.

Audrey was hilarious tonight, had to laugh when she sprayed gemma with her perfume.

The crazy golf comment got me confused too. I'm sure Steve was in serious golf competition with Dev and someone else at one time and they were all members of the golf club!

Eva's dress was very low, even by her standards.

 Sinead tends to overact and it isn't funny.

I think Gemma is great. She's really growing on me. I don't see what sexy (albeit hopeless) Peter sees in evil Toyah, though.

Peter and Toyah's snogging scenes are so awkward.

Does Chesney fancy Gemma? Is that why he didn't want to go out with Sinead?

Anyone else think it was in slightly poor taste to be playing 'Bye bye baby' in the background as Michelle was taken to hospital

And poor Michelle had that happen in real life so must be tough on the actress.

Gemma's nothing like how she used to be. They've totally changed her character from how she was when she was going out with whats his name that got murdered.
