Spin away oh sequined ones...

OP posts:

Slightly late as didn't watch it quite live - Ed wiz robbed!

Rinder's dance (and I like Tinder) was a total wash-out - Ed's had much more energy and style and was better altogether.

I think the judges have taken this chance to get rid of him even though he was better because they were terrified that he would reach the final.

Swines!

ilovesooty · 27/11/2016 20:01

I don't think I can be bothered to vote for any of the remaining couples.

2kids2dogsnosense · 27/11/2016 20:01

Noah

If Ed stood for Ruler of the World now, he would be a shoo-in!

SauvignonBlanche · 27/11/2016 20:01

They all loved Ed.

BakeOffBiscuits · 27/11/2016 20:02

Yes Katya seems such a lovely person. I hope she's back next year with a very good dancer.

ilovesooty · 27/11/2016 20:02

And the judges made it clear that they'd have voted that way regardless.

Starlingsintheslipstream · 27/11/2016 20:02

Perhaps Danny will do Wicked on Saturday - he'll be able to have the rest of the week off then!

2kids2dogsnosense · 27/11/2016 20:03

Claudia didn't mention Ed at all.

The total selfishness of the young . . .

dontcallmelen · 27/11/2016 20:03

Well I agree with Soup, not sure I can be bothered anymore, Fed up to the back teeth with them fecking Cliftons, consistently overmarked & over hyped.
I loved watching Ed, he was genuinely trying to learn & his enjoyment of the SCD experience was lovely😥

SoupDragon · 27/11/2016 20:04

[happy sigh ] Gangnam Style still made me laugh out loud :o

The online vote asks you to vote for who you want to see next week. The answer for me now is that I don't give a damn.

QueenMortificado · 27/11/2016 20:04

Unfair. We go through this every week. They have half "I'm sad to see them go" comments and the others "I'm so happy I'm through" comments

areyoubeingserviced · 27/11/2016 20:05

I felt tha SCD gave Ed a new lease of life.
He looks younger and happier

SoupDragon · 27/11/2016 20:05

The total selfishness of the young . . .

And the fickleness of the editing team :)

chatnanny · 27/11/2016 20:06

Louise's stage school training also puts her in a strong position. I'm rooting for Ore as he and Robert Rinder are the last true beginners - given how much gymnastics helps Claudia.

2kids2dogsnosense · 27/11/2016 20:07

All, that's me finished. I won't be watching next week to see them get rid of Rinder, or the following week to see Claudia go, and certainly won't be arsed to watch the final to see Louise crowned.

Angry
JennyHolzersGhost · 27/11/2016 20:07

Ed Balls and 'Mrs Ed' (Yvette Cooper, former minister and chair of the Home Affairs select committee) are both on Twitter rn saying nice things.

dontcallmelen · 27/11/2016 20:08

As I have the hump, going to say it I dont like Claudia & don't think she has been undermarked, her jive last week was full of mistakes & the AT was her twirling about mostly kicking her legs in the air. (Off to sulk & drink gin)

BakeOffBiscuits · 27/11/2016 20:08

Gangham Sytle makes me laugh too.

It should be played every night, after the news to cheer us all up Grin

SoupDragon · 27/11/2016 20:08

The dancers always go on about how much fun they've had doing Strictly but Ed comes across as actually having had fun rather than just saying what is expected. He looked so happy to have been three even at the end.

digerd · 27/11/2016 20:09

Both my eyes are filled up. Rinder's acting was better and his hands finished off his arm movements and were not limp like before.

The Tango was not Ed's dance but he gave it his best effort.

Rinder to go next week.

SoupDragon · 27/11/2016 20:11

Been THERE not three. FFS.

iwanttobemissmarple · 27/11/2016 20:12

I've flounced - dh laughed at me because I said I'm not watching anymore!

Runny · 27/11/2016 20:13

I think the Strictly PTB would like the Clifton's to be like the Hough/Ballas/Chmerkovisky clans on DWTS. Sadly they are nowhere near as attractive and glamorous as nasty as that sounds, and this perceived favourtism is actively turning viewers against them.

Horsemad · 27/11/2016 20:14

We've had to crack open the Xmas chocs to cheer ourselves up here!

Chipstick10 · 27/11/2016 20:15

Relieved Ed has gone but so don't want Louise to win , and I now think she will. The Cliftons make me want to switch off
