Talking about KFG's super quick costume change, I remember last season in a Results Show when Gleb was up with Claudia after him and Anita had been voted through, he was in full Prince Charming costume, he turned to applaud the singing act and then lo and behold there he was on the dance floor in a white shirt - that was quick change worthy of Superman.
