And of course, none of us really bought his pathetic attempt to look cool, by saying he 'loved' Bowie and Prince Grin.

Here are the choices-

Matt Terry
Little Mix - Secret Love Song (Louis Loves)
Sia - Alive (Own choice)

Emily Middlemas
Britney Spears - Toxic (Louis Loves)
Rag 'N' Bone Man - Human (Own choice)

Honey G
Can't Touch This + Super Freak - MC Hammer + Rick James (Louis Loves)
Push It + Black Beatles - Salt-N-Pepa + Rae Sremmurd (Own choice)

Saara Aalto
The Winner Takes It All - ABBA (Louis Loves)
Diamonds are Forever + Diamonds Are a Girl's Best Friend - Shirley Bassey + Marilyn Monroe (Own choice)

5 After Midnight
Uptown Funk - Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars (Louis Loves)
Sorry + One Dance - Justin Bieber + Drake (Own choice)

I'm expecting Honey Fucking G to shoe horn

'you say Louis , I say walsh' in to her mash-up medley . At least she is finally doing 'Can't touch this'. It was only a matter of time.

Emily is doing something up-beat.
Or probably just the JL version of 'Toxic'.

Tbh, I'd rather see Honey G do Bassey than Elfish. I'm getting as bored by her doing pretty much the same thing ever week, with a different ott stage setting, as I am of Honey G. But Ms G's time has to be up.

Matt will push the falsetto to the max. I would like to see him in a Sia wig, although i think Sia should be on the X factor 'banned' list.
5 Am are going to be dreadful. They really should just dance. The judges will love them. We will be Confused.
2 songs each may tip us over the edge. I'm off the wagon. This week, my mulled wine is alcoholic. Wine

Raahh, i miss all that. Seeing santa was the hi light once. Those days have gone. Gone.

dillite · 26/11/2016 20:36

Awww Raah, that's nice. DD refused to see FC at Covent Garden today as it wasn't the real one, and she only wants to see the real Father Christmas. But she was very tired by that point- we did a huge amount of walking today- started at Baker Street and finished at Covent Garden.

Raahh · 26/11/2016 20:36

80s- 10 year old dd1 pretended to be too cool for the whole experience, but sat for a photo Grin.

Rousette- wouldn't surprise me if the stage invader is, erm, staged. Her act is getting stale now. Needed spicing up somehow.

Bless him! Too cool for santa ( but not really! )
Happy days.
Dillite, sounds a good day all round. London can be fun on a day out.

Roussette · 26/11/2016 20:39

Oh yes, my lot kept going way beyond what is normal with FC... they loved it

Now. This is serious. Love Bruno. Love Uptown

Cringing in advance

Raahh · 26/11/2016 20:40

(dd2 still believes that I used to be an elf, but got too tall. I'm 4ft 8 Grin ).

FFS, not this bloody song again! Bruno Mars must be making £££££ from all the residuals (is that what they are called?) from being played on the no-factor.

AlabasterSnowball · 26/11/2016 20:41

See now this is why Bruno Mars is Bruno Mars and 5AM are not.
Rahh Grin

Raahh · 26/11/2016 20:41

Has 5aM in the middle been at the Emily slime?

OP posts:
The80sweregreat · 26/11/2016 20:41

They are entertaining.
Ill give em that.

Roussette · 26/11/2016 20:42

OK. I'll give them that. They reproduced it in the style I love. Thank god

dillite · 26/11/2016 20:42

It wasn't too bad, but as we had our doggie with us, we were quite limited to where we could take a break at/ go into. Liberty's window display was amazing though! They have animatronic Nutcracker display. Beautiful. And we caught a Pikachu at Chinatown!

PossumInAPearTree · 26/11/2016 20:44

"We're doing two songs so we've got literally quadruple the work"

Grin
dillite · 26/11/2016 20:45

They aren't very bright, are they?

Raahh · 26/11/2016 20:45

dillite Liberty's window sounds lovely. it is a very long time since i have been to London at Christmas.

Dilite, the trains at weekends put me off going more often. Maybe when crossrail is done it might improve.
I love Ems accent.
Not sure i like this.. Sorry Em.

CondensedMilkSarnies · 26/11/2016 20:47

If she sings another bloody dirgey song ....

dillite · 26/11/2016 20:47

A sodding ukulele? WTF? And that's supposed to be an upbeat song? Are they all on glue?

squoosh · 26/11/2016 20:47

Christ. The ukulele is so bloody hipster in 2009.

CondensedMilkSarnies · 26/11/2016 20:47

Why can't she sing something more upbeat ?

Raahh · 26/11/2016 20:48

oh.kay.

couldn't she get the glitter off her face after last week?Is it stuck on forever?

It is making me think of opium dens. Is it meant to?

OP posts:
squoosh · 26/11/2016 20:48

Toxic is a great pop tune, and she's managed to make it utterly dull and dismal. Well done Emily.

Roussette · 26/11/2016 20:48

Oh heck. It could be good. It might well be. But the ukelele bashing is getting on my tits

dillite · 26/11/2016 20:48

I was shocked that all trains ran on time today and there were no tube closures! How often do you get that? There was a massive overcrowding on Piccadilly line at St Pancras though.
