The last thread is almost full, so I thought we'd be prepared.

Despite the title I do love the Blackpool week really Fingers crossed for a nice ballroom dance from the pros.

Joanne looked really surprised and relieved there.

ppeat I don't know how she manages choose a rotten dress every time - I don't dislike her (believe it or not ) - and I think she's very pretty, but she always manages to look like a fashion victim (think Edina on AbFab). Even the one she is wearing tonight (last night ) had the potential to be fab but has funny armholes . . . .

I've been to the show twice (back in the days when it was a bit easier to get tickets in the ballot!) All the group dances, celeb performances etc are recorded before the show goes live. I don't like the results show, it's 40 mins of faffing so I usually get the result the night before. However in a million years I wouldn't post the result here, not fair on those that don't want to know.

How do they remember to say 'last night' rather than 'today' ? I'd be hopeless !

Have the judges ever reversed their votes in a dance off though ? Surely from their respective results the previous night it's obvious who the judges will vote to save, barring performance disasters?

Grouchy they have someone there to warm up the crowd, entertain them between links. Not sure if it's still the same guy that did it when I went. There was lots of coaching the crowd to boo low scores etc. I know Brucie used to come across as an eejit at times but he was very funny off camera
