I hope Ed stays - his timing is very good. Daisy seems nice, but a bit boring, although Daisy Daisy is very nice for a Viennese.

Think it will be Daisy v Greg in the DO and sadly Daisy will go.

I don't understand how people aren't voting for Aljaz, even if not for Daisy. The man is a God!!

I am not enjoying this series, the voting is peculiar and the judges scores are all over the place. I cannot abide Claudia and wish she would go!

I love Daisy and I expected to hate her.

I really felt for Danny when the scores came in; he looked genuinely overwhelmed and couldn't wait to get away from the camera.

Thought the Big Spender routine was pretty good, but it's such an iconic song you're halfway there anyway. Would loved to have seen Kelly Brook and Brendan dance it instead of those two.

Daisy seems genuinely lovely. The lifts were kind of uncomfortable to watch as alijaz is the same height as her and I was worried she was going to kick him in the head with her long legs! She's done well to get this far, further than Laura who was better than her.

Has anyone worked out when final is and how many will be in the final?

The final should be 17th December. They plan for it being 4 if no one drops out so it'll be 3 now. I think that's a bit more exciting actually.

I agree. They used to do their timings based on a three couple final and then they had several years in a row when people dropped out so they started to schedule for a four couple final. That way if one couple drops out they can have a three couple final which is a good show, and even if two couples drop out they can still run the series for its full length. Can you imagine how nerve wracking it must have been for the bosses in the latter stages of seasons 4, 5 and 7 to know that they're one sprained ankle away from a one couple final?

Who chooses the music for the dances, is it the show's producers or the professional dancers? I think many of them this year have been awful. Just watched Ore's Rumba on iPlayer to the song Ordinary people and no way is that a song for a Rumba. Even Len said it was hard to dance to as there was just a piano and a vocal. For me, a big part of the enjoyment in watching a dance is the music that they dance to, and it has been dreadful so far this year.

At the start i was all Daisy who ? But i really like her she is loving it and seems a genuinely lovely girl I think Ore has peaked and I think he should be in the dance off

I really like Daisy too. She has a really warm, lovely genuine personality and the most beautiful smile. I also think she's a great dancer and I hope she goes far in the competition. I have to say though, after having had a really rotten day today myself, I just watched Ed Balls on iPlayer and I laughed and smiled all the way through. I watched it twice. I think he is just brilliant, I love him!

I would stop watching if the only ones left were Danny, Louise and Claudia so if the final was them I wouldn't bother watching cos couldn't care 2 hoots who won between them

So really hope Ed Balls or Rob Rinder are in final although I know they won't win judges vote for glitter ball I would continue to watch cos I think they are deffo brill and I am always watching them

I personally find both Greg and Louise boring to watch, as I just don't think they have much personality on camera. I think Danny and Claudia were just too good from the start with little room for improvement and therefore not interesting to watch. I would love to see Ed, Judge Rinder and Daisy in the final three, with maybe Daisy and Judge Rinder in the final two, but then again a big part of me would love to see Ed take the Glitter ball as he makes me smile and laugh and I really think he has improved a lot. I was surprised none of the judges mentioned his lifts tonight as I though they were very good and a vast improvement from the dreadful lifts he did a couple of weeks ago.

How many have spent 2 years dancing in a west end show? It's not really fair to judge that experience and those with zero experience on the same level.

I would so love to see Louise and Danny in the bottom 2 - the judges just wouldn't know what to do.

missmarple I am 100% certain they would save Louise as she is clearly one of their favourites...along with Ore. Both are consistently overmarked IMO. Wonder what the link is between them

Louise and Ore have the Clifton factor which is why they get over-marked IMO. There is a pre-Strictly history with Len and he clearly thinks the Cliftons can do no wrong.

I find Claudia and AJ really tedious. Until this week, they've mostly relied on really fast routines with lots of steps which is a bit one-trick IMO. This week was OK but did rather demonstrate their lack of character.

Just watched Ed and Katya again, and Katya has worked wonders with Ed!
He really has come on so much, she obviously gives him so much confidence. And the routines are perfect!
I would love to see her get a chance with a good dancer some time.
I don't know who I want to win this year, but not Danny as his previous experience really shows through.

I think Danny will win he has no personality does he he is just a good dancer

Katya and Brendan/Anton (I really can't tell them apart until this year thought they were the same person ) have made the most of having the Dud guys this year, and both made an effort to look like they were enjoying it. Last night Katya looked like she was having so much fun. Unlike the Cliftons.

I do like the way both Ed and Rob are so sincerely appreciative of their partners as teachers. Massive credit to Katya and Oksana for all they have done with them.
