I've seen an advert that says it returns in November, anyone know what date?

Really looking forward to its return! Anyone else?

I might be wrong about this but I thought in the last episode of series 2 noah looked into the woods and him and admission made eye contact so he knew she was there.

Also, I hope they are not going to take Allison's character down the same route as noahs - more obsessed with sex and the affair than the kids. It's not believable to me at this point that Alison would walk away from her much lined child given her history with her first child. The whole series features neglectful and bad mothers (helens mum, alisons mum, now Alison) save perhaps Helen who I still can't forgive for making the kids lunch workout hand washing post passionate sex.

Horispondle · 30/11/2016 12:52

I'm glad other people were appalled by the lack of hand washing! Was anyone else concerned about the kids finding the giant vagina picture in the morning after it had been carelessly abandoned in the hallway?

Babbas · 30/11/2016 14:21

Yes!!! I was spouting at the TV 'go move the fanny lips photo'!!! And agree the lack of handwashing was vom. Also Alison would not just abandon her child. Like power I am hating noah and alisons stories but gripped by Helen and Cole.

Powergower · 30/11/2016 14:22

Oh shit . Sorry for all the predictive text mistakes in my last post!

MistresssIggi · 30/11/2016 17:48

The thinking you were bad for your child thing really seemed reasonable to me (I mean it's not reasonable, but I can totally imagine feeling like that and have myself over a lesser issue) so I didn't think that was a lie. Did Alison sleep with bar bloke (I forget names) too? I remember thinking he might be the father

diddl · 30/11/2016 19:22

Oh yes it's reasonable, but not Alison imo!

Dozer · 30/11/2016 19:51

I felt very sorry for Noah, which is a first! Brendan Fraser is menacing looking!

Alison always seems so vulnerable.

OreoHeaven · 01/12/2016 14:40

Have Helen and Alison both had their lips done?

I'm not entirely sure there is a real reason to have a third series. Sometimes it's better to leave people wanting more rather than leaving them disappointed with a naff extra series. I know this is not a new theory.

BoxingHelena · 01/12/2016 22:09

darn it, its a long way to the 4th
am I getting this right? Ep 1 and Ep 2 were on line ages ago but no Ep 3 till the 4th?

NickNacks · 02/12/2016 20:28

I've only just managed to watch episode 2. It was much better than the first. JJ for a start! Wink

I think it's a shame that 'grieving mother is a danger to her own child' is the angle they are going for. Sad

I'm certain Noah knows alison pushed making Helen hit
So he covered for both

I also thought Noah was scrummy in jail all beaten up

Love a bit of rough blames pregnancy hormones

Bertucci · 05/12/2016 19:41

I watched ep3 today. It was good and made more sense re the stabbing. I am feeling more sorry for Noah now.

EverySongbirdSays · 05/12/2016 20:03

I have just watched Episode 3 and wasn't too involved with it.

I'll refrain from comments saying why until 10pm.

DameDiazepamTheDramaQueen · 05/12/2016 20:07

I saw episode 3 this morning, I really enjoyed it. Can't wait for next week.

diddl · 05/12/2016 20:44

Found ep 3 really tedious!

Juliette?

Couldn't give a fuck!

So is this series all about what happened to Noah?

Oh dear if so!

Don't care!

DameDiazepamTheDramaQueen · 05/12/2016 21:05

How funny, I was gripped !

Bertucci · 05/12/2016 21:12

I can't bear Alison - she's such a drippy, wet weekend. So the less she features, the better imo.

OneInAMillionYou · 05/12/2016 21:20

Really not enjoying this season so far.

Stupid bloody time hopping all over the place and the storyline of the stabbing and the prison guard feels like a lame attempt to introduce some jeopardy and therefore excitement into a programme which is dead as a door nail.

And could that professor BE more stereotypically French??

EverySongbirdSays · 05/12/2016 22:00

I found the episode really tedious.

I couldn't care less about poor Mans Juliette Binoche, and thought it was an absolute waste of a POV when we could've had Cole, Helen or Alison.

we really didn't need a second viewpoint of that dinner party did we? Where all that's changed is were Haddie from Parenthood was sitting.

It seems they WILL be dragging out flashbacks to the abuse Noah suffered throughout the season also.

I'm far more interested in what happened with Cole, Alison and Joannie while Noah was in prison. And why Noah is NC with Alison and not allowed to call her.

FawnDrench · 05/12/2016 22:43

Bah - what a waste of an hour plus.
Bloody Noah - didn't enjoy that one little bit, and found it hard to understand what Juliette was saying most of the time.

Who is that bloke from the prison and why did Noah suddenly ring the detectives at the end and tell them his theory?
Nonsense...

Not a patch on last week, far too much Noahness for me. Why does he get a whole episode?
Didn't really move the story on, and I'm more interested in just the 4 main characters, not all these silly add-ons.

But yes, I'll still watch it next week.

EachandEveryone · 05/12/2016 22:55

Im half way through episode three its so boring! Haddie is the same as she was in Parenthood. Surely this will be the last season?

EnthusiasmDisturbed · 05/12/2016 23:43

half way through third episode could Juliette be anymore cliched

poor writing very disappointing

DameDiazepamTheDramaQueen · 06/12/2016 07:17

I thought the sexual tension was almost palpable, what programme were all you watching?Grin

diddl · 06/12/2016 08:59

Oh god, the dinner party-again!!!

So did Noah stab himself?

What has happened with Noah & Alison?

Perhaps she's pissed off because he covered for Helen?

And Helen was so annoying in that ep.

NC1nightstand · 06/12/2016 09:17

Stupidly reading this before I watch ep3!
But I am not happy if it's gonna be about the bloody dinner party and the French professor! Although I wish they would get together and then maybe Allison could meet someone decent!
Basically I can't get passed seeing Noah as a total sleaze bag, I really dislike him, totally unsympathetic. Could be something to do with Dominic West's excellent portrayal of Fred West a few years ago.
Just give us more of the fantastic Helen, Cole and Allison please!
