Just seen on the Doctors Facebook page that 'Jimmi' is on paternity leave ! Now surely they had enough notice to write something in so he didn't just give 2 days notice ?

Jimmi might have had an emergency preemie baby so had to start paternity 3 months early

Hope not cos IME that is really hard as a family so I think we should wish him and his family good luck and look forward to his return instead of saying he shouldn't take time off to be a daddy

I will miss him but understand that his family should come before me missing him on Doctors

I didn't know that you could travel to Thailand without jabs etc. Anyone know if he'd have needed some? Google will tell me but I'm just throwing it in the ring.

Cinnamon fortunately our school don't do any formal mocks for SATS, just practice papers for home work that they go over in class. I'm already fed up with it though. It's so much worse than when Ds did his. DD1 was ok before they started the revision- now she's questioning everything she already knew . Between that, and Ds choosing his options for his GCSE's , I am properly stressed .
And I wish I was in Thailand. It's freezing today!
