That was brilliant! A return to WTF ? Loved Mrs T and Zara dressing up as Heston and of all the people to hide behind a pot plant Al would not be my first choice ! And yes how long do they get for lunch I thought it was for admin and house calls ? Although the usual lack of patients clearly freed up some women vs men fight time today.

Ooh I've got really into doctors, after years of ignoring & sighing when it came on I gave in and actually watched an episode and now am hooked!

I didn't understand why the man who killed himself didn't go to either his boss, or the woman writing the magazine and explain the whole situation. The actor certainly hasn't aged well. I remember himin Watching.
