Her character was so annoying, she's so in touch with him and they're so close but he wouldn't tell her that his friend is pregnant and he's supporting her. Not very well thought out. She didn't seem very cool to me!

The notice period thing is bizarre. And I think Emma was a locum, who then became permanent. That was random. Sid had left, and then came back, after the Niamh thing. I hope jimmi isn't gone for good. He's not my favourite character, but Al needs him.
