Right have watched this from the start but have officially lost the plot line now after tonight's episode and am confused. Can someone briefly explain how the pharmaceutical stuff is linked? What do we know about it?

BTL - they haven't explained the drug link properly yet, they thought the dead German guy who drowned in his pool was a drug dealer of drugs he got from work but it seems more complicated than that ....concerning drug trials but no explanation yet.

I'm not sure if the package of photos labelled 'cheers' that Bobby opened at the end were supposed to be of her and the men. I was still watching when i replied to your last post so hadn't seen the scene at that point. Good series though isn't it? Surprised some people have commented they aren't sticking with it.

Ghost helper was a Doctor whose wife was paralysed after suffering anxiety and he suggested she visit the GP who prescribed meds that made her have suicidal thoughts. She tried to commit suicide and survived and he blamed himself. He knew the drugs had caused alot of the worsening issues and he started contacting the pharmaceutical company with his suspicions and of course then he and his wife became targets. He told the GP his findings(the GP being the lady who was murdered in the park, did some work for the pharmaceutical company and had contact/relationship with the German guy Rueben, who also worked there and was selling the drugs on, who was found dead in his pool) clear as mud?

Just watching the latest episode. Getting a bit fed up of the relationship between Bobby and Lucy. Her revelation was pretty unremarkable in the grand scheme of things and I genuinely can't understand why he's so uncontrollably angry about it. Am I weird?

Bobby's reaction was pathetic, and I'm disliking him now. Not sure how realistic that bit was.

I'll stick with it as I'm a bit of a completionist but it is sooooo boring. No suspense, no thrills, no hook. Now Westworld, on the other hand ...

I said to dh that couldn't see why Lucy's 'revelation' would wind Bobby up so much unless it's the meds making him so irrational and annoying!

Just watched ep 5. The dialogue is a bit stilted, the cheery German detective is irritating, the young detective is wooden, and the relationship between Bobby and Quaker lady is dull. I don't know why I'm watching this TBH. I don't really care anymore. There'd better be an awesome twist!

Just finished watching and I'm a bit annoyed with myself for not giving up and carrying on to the end. I thought that Quaker woman would turn out to have something to do with it. They could easily have cut down to six episodes. I did like the German detective character though.

Now I found her slightly manic smile really irritating, but she was better last night with a more serious face!

Her looks were fascinating - couldn't decide whether it was the pale blue eyes or the haircut, but the overall effect was great. And I really liked her sidekick whose name I can't remember .

I could but having got ten minutes, it looked pretty shit so wondering if I want to bother...really just curious to know who killed the GP, I can probably guess the rest. Assume the psych killed the gp or got someone to do it?

The guy who killed the GP was found in about episode 4. He was the hitman who was also chasing the ghost detective. He got injured and ended up in hospital. I think!
