Bizarrely the book Elly was reading was written by the actress who played Ailsa (Alf Stewart's wife) in Home and Away.

Yes, looks like she's set her big witches hat at Mark. If the IVF doesn't work Steph will probably push him away and he'll fall into Elly's open arms. I wish he could have a happy ending for once, even just for a short time.
