So nice to see his sensitivity and emotional maturity has been passed on to the next generation.

I thought the most ridiculous bit of today's surrogacy talk would be Sonya basically telling her friends she wants them to have a baby but actually it was Mark's "whose baby would it be?". How was he a detective?

Paige having braless issues taking her clothes off in a public space is a bit life imitating art.

Brothers father? Did they say it was from the 80s? Brad was blonde and 90s no? Not that I think it's him. Could it be Paul? But if it was Paul then he could have siblings dating (shudder). Tbh Jacka looks old enough too.

Angus's acting has improved a little! It no longer sounds like he's reading a history book allowed in class.

Des' supposed son was called Bradley wasn't he? Can't remember if he turned out to be Des's son after all, or if it was all a big con. Mum was a dark haired woman, can't remember her name....

PandasRock · 30/09/2016 18:12

A quick Google tells me Bradley's mum was called Andrea.

Bradley was about 10 when in Ramsey St, I think, but that wouldn't stop the scriptwriters Grin, and I guess that Andrea and Bradley may have stayed in Erinsborough after the scam with Des unravelled (although I have a feeling they wandered off into the sunset/outback/the Bungle Bungles)

MiddleClassProblem · 30/09/2016 18:40

Could he have been more like 12? That could work if it was a teen romance.
I'm sure they said something about the 80s so I reckon it is about a throw back character. Defo sounds like that could be a favourite! Good work, Panda

AnneEyhtMeyer · 30/09/2016 18:47

OMG, when they said "Bradley" I didn't even give a passing thought to serial shagger Brad.

If they are Brad's then we will discover shortly that they are really into surfing.

I agree about Madison's singing. It makes me shudder.

I am really annoyed with Neighbours about Madison. They did really well with Daniel, you could really believe he was Scott & Charlene's son, but with Madison there is no believability (not sure that's a word and I know IABU for expecting realism from Neighbours).

I cannot wait for Dee to turn up. I hope Toadie kicks out Sonia and stops being Boring Toadie and resurrects the House of Trouser.

My memory fails (Shock how could that be, with the amazing Neighbours plot lines?! Grin) but I seem to recall something about a dodgy age/timeline e.g. Bradley was said to be 10ish, but was actually about 13, which proved he couldn't be Des' son. I a,so seem to recall Des finding him with 'adult magazines' which is when the age thing started unravelling, as obvs Des was Hmm about a 10 year old wanting to look at that kind of stuff...

Yes, 80s were deffo mentioned, which is what made me think of it (along with, as a pp said 'but Brad was blond as a teenager, so couldn't be him!')

Just to cap off my reminiscences on Neighbours plot,Ines, didn't Dr K say something about the boy being in a red shirt? (was only half watching) - made me immediately think about Todd racing to the hospital to stop Phoebe having an abortion - am sure he was wearing a red shirt (why do I remember this stuff!) and he created a scene at the hospital etc, but that really wouldn't fit, as Phoebe kept the baby after Todd was run over, and it wasn't twins, and neither Todd nor Phoebe were Asian - overall too much for the scriptwriters to rewrite, surely?!

MiddleClassProblem · 30/09/2016 19:22

Aw ghost Todd! You're memory is incredible!

PandasRock · 30/09/2016 19:52

My memory is definitely not awesome - just YouTubed Todd's death, and he was wearing a denim shirt, not a red one.

But I would still put a bet on the Des Clarke fake son Bradley character being dredged up - connection to the street, potential for 'returning' character, and all the drama with Lauren assuming that Brad has yet more secret children without having to rewrite implausible plots!

MiddleClassProblem · 02/10/2016 15:36

Has anyone read the DS spoilers for the balloon crash and following eps? It doesn't tell you who dies but it does tell you a few who don't.

Tbh this is all eclipsed by waiting for Dee to arrive Grin

AnneEyhtMeyer · 02/10/2016 15:50

Oh!

Oh I'm gutted by one of the survivors. Sad

Anyone else fed up with this almost half yearly cycle of "major catastrophes" that occur in soaps? I bet no one that moves to Ramsay Street can get life insurance.

AnneEyhtMeyer · 02/10/2016 20:20

The only problem with the catastrophes is that they never kill enough people - and never the ones you really want dead!

OP posts:
MiddleClassProblem · 02/10/2016 23:18

Ha! I think my earlier prediction is still likely.

I guess if they kill too many they have too many newbies during a short period for people to get used to but I think that seems to happen with neighbours anyway. Lots of people who are only in it for one storyline.

What I don't get is why you don't hear about other streets in erinsborough. You hear about areas like Eden hills or anson's corner but not anywhere else in Erinsborough

MiddleClassProblem · 02/10/2016 23:19

There's rumours that the one you want dead might be heading into the jungle this year. Not sure if that will make her more or less annoying

Katz · 03/10/2016 07:43

I've seen a spoiler regarding the balloon crash which doesn't make sense. I can't quiet work out how or why this character would be in the balloon and it's not like a cruise ship or aeroplane where you could stow away unseen!

MiddleClassProblem · 03/10/2016 08:27

Is it Jimmy?

Katz · 03/10/2016 12:56

nope not Jimmy

MiddleClassProblem · 03/10/2016 13:15

I thought from spoilers that Steph might be there?

prettybird · 03/10/2016 14:05

Paige really is self-centred. It's all about her Hmm

prettybird · 03/10/2016 14:08

(Posted too soon by accident)

.....accusing Jack of being manipulative! ConfusedShockHmm

CandODad · 03/10/2016 19:13

You realize the link contains a spoiler in itself?

Katz · 03/10/2016 19:15

Sorry - hadn't spotted that

MiddleClassProblem · 03/10/2016 20:33

Oh god, it's going to be a massive cop out isn't it?

Maybe Jacka put her there as part of his plot or maybe Elly brought her?
