Just caught the last 10 minutes or so of the first episode of Sherlock. That following all the AraFaf is making this a Happy Evening.

Also enjoyed Red's review. Am avoiding twitter and trailers and all that shit. Am going to hit finale with no spoilers whatsoever. Apart from those pictures that JP posted on twitter yonks ago which we haven't seen yet, so obviously relate to the finale. This means that DS will refused to go to bed and DH will witter through the finale, rendering it unwatchable. Actually, he won't. He likes being alive too much. He will eyeroll his way through it though, which is similarly offputting.

Apricot, are you off to last year's HolidayVenue again then, or just similar activities where DH plays golf and you go HBF spotting on cultural excursions? Hope his ankle is up to golf by then

Last day ever of musketv!!!!!

Finally watched ep 9 last night and phew what a corker...waaaaaaaaah trev!!!!! I didnt see it coming either but he was magnificent. and makes sense cos queenie is now free to be regent.

Didnt realise mr jess wrote it...thought it was ace so mr jess. Imo the last few eps have been getting better and better.

Cant wait for tonight, though prob wont be able to watch live but will do my best cos I WANNA SEE IT OUT WITH MA WENCHES and also mucho

That made me Helen. As you know, DH and DS1 went shopping. Both clearly aware only things needed were at least two pairs of shorts and one pair of shoes. Came back with shoes (good), one of pair of fucking awful shorts and some tops. He has hundreds of tops. Crap knows what he'd come back with if he took DS2 out.

Oh god, clothes shopping. Last week I stuck DS into new (to us) trousers that have been sitting in a drawer waiting for him to grow into them. The little sod has only pretty much grown out of them already Argh!!!!!!!!
and the e-photo frame has just pinged up a picture of him about 4 years ago in PJs too big for him with the trousers trailing on the floor. What happened to my cute little toddler?
So upshot - we need to go trouser shopping, but they need elasticated waists because he hates belts and he's too thin for his leg length according to received wisdom at the shops So anything long enough falls down, and anything that doesn't fall down loos like 3/4 length. FFS. etc.
