Ok, so who is the baby daddy?

OP posts:
NuggetofPurestGreen · 15/07/2016 09:44

Tony shot that other lad during the factory hostage bit.

Flowerpower41 · 15/07/2016 11:09

Yes Emily's husband was shot dead in the factory years ago.

unimagmative13 · 15/07/2016 11:17

Looks like she might have a jacket covering a stab wound? The way he's hold here suggest that.

So my £100 bet is the bullies in the street with a knife

southeastdweller · 15/07/2016 11:43

But the reason why she dies hasn't been done before in Corrie..apparently.

Wishfulmakeupping · 15/07/2016 12:32

I think the bullies too

ChimpyChops · 15/07/2016 13:16

Brian Tilsley was stabbed though so it has been done before and Dennis Rickman was stabbed in Eastenders if it is indeed something never done in any soap before.

BlackDoglet · 15/07/2016 16:44

Actually, I'm glad we don't know for once! It's not often things like this aren't leaked. Assume there weren't many people on set when it was filmed.
We'll find out tonight Shock

anorakgirl · 15/07/2016 16:51

I won't be in tonight to watch it so can someone put the details up when it happens so I can keep a sneaky eye on events please!

Rachel0Greep · 15/07/2016 18:39

From Digital Spy... Weedy gangster (my description) arrives in the kebab shop hoping to offload more fake £20 notes, Gemma stands her ground and throws him out. Chesney is proud of her. But as Craig tucks into a kebab, suddenly Clayton barges his way into the shop and demands that Gemma hand over cash from the till. Gemma refuses and a scuffle ensues.

Kylie has earlier told Gemma that the best thing to do is to cut these guys out of her life.

southeastdweller · 15/07/2016 19:58

I knew it. Total anti-climax.

BlackDoglet · 15/07/2016 19:59

Yep. We just looked st each other and said "oh. Is that it?"

katemiddletonsnudeheels · 15/07/2016 19:59

Stabbed for a kebab, really!

fanjoforthemammaries7850 · 15/07/2016 20:00

That was heavy handed and awful. Disappointing

RainbowCake · 15/07/2016 20:05

Hmm disappointing as it was built up to be a first Hmm
Dont the the script writers have access to Wiki? Brian Tilsley anyone.

Unless it was literally a street first as Brian was outside a club.

unimagmative13 · 15/07/2016 20:06

I was close I bet she was stabbed. You could tell by the pics of her and David.

It's a bit crap, I mean no psyhco Sarah stabbing her, no Callum returned.

It would have been better if the hadn't put the spoiler out on the adverts. Then the shock might have added to the drama.

ChimpyChops · 15/07/2016 20:08

Yes, this may be a case of the wording of the interview being misinterpreted 'first time on Coronation St' meaning the street itself, not the programme.

Meh.

pointlessperson · 15/07/2016 20:09

I agree but if an anti climax...unless something else happens next ep?

BlackDoglet · 15/07/2016 20:13

I think the fallout with David is supposed to very emotional and heartbreaking

We'll see...

SoleBizzz · 15/07/2016 20:37

Real tears by the look of David

youngestisapsycho · 15/07/2016 20:37

Well I'm sobbing!!

Imnotaslimjim · 15/07/2016 20:39

In an interview with Jack P Shepherd he said the tears are very real, they did it in one take because he couldn't cope with it. I'm sobbing!

Rachel0Greep · 15/07/2016 20:40

I won't be in tonight to watch it so can someone put the details up when it happens so I can keep a sneaky eye on events please!

Well as you can probably guess, she went to help Gemma who was getting grief in the kebab shop from one of the 'gangsters'.
Kylie was carrying a bottle of champagne which got smashed, and she was stabbed in the chest. Needless to say there is no sign of an ambulance... Oh wait, I hear it, but it's going to be too late.

youngestisapsycho · 15/07/2016 20:40

Oh my!

KenDoddsDadsDog · 15/07/2016 20:41

Brilliant acting .

Babysafari · 15/07/2016 20:41

Oh gosh I'm crying. Jack P Shepherd is very good at his character.
