You're right, Rachel - I'd forgotten too, but didn't Gary try to kill Phelan over what he did to Anna? There's no way he'd be casually joining in celebration drinks with him and supporting Sarah buying one of his flats. Can't believe they've overlooked all that.

Yes, Ken, like all Corrie residents, has had a spectacular overnight recovery and regained all power of speech and facial movement . No doubt Anna'll be running round those cobbles like an Olympic athlete before Christmas .

Exactly theliverpoolone! I was watching, thinking 'hang on, Gary and Phelan have HUGE history between them, where did that go!' Ridiculous stuff.
I admit I laughed at the end at Eileen snuggling into Phelan and him exchanging evil eyes with Michael.
And another thing that amuses me...five minutes ago, Sarah loved the dear departed Callum and Gary was getting back with Izzy ( I think) . But hey presto

Anna is mended... she was up and cooking tea for Faye earlier.

I'm getting pretty annoyed with Anna and her speedy recovery, she was engulfed in flames for fecks sake, there is no way she would have been well enough to go home and look after herself at this stage, they need to do serious research before these bloody storylines, it's ridiculous.

Also how come she doesn't know it was David who caused the accident, surely someone would have mentioned it by now, and how come David has got away with causing this devastation, he planned the whole thing, not to hurt Anna I know but surely they would have investigated it more, bloody ridiculous.

Wonder what Adam has up his sleeve, the way he stood up for Tracey was strange, I reckon there is a plan to take over underworld and have a Baldwin running it again, not a bad thing if it meant getting rid of the dreadful Johnny.

I saw it pointed out somewhere, possibly on Digital Spy, that Anna is holding the crutches the wrong way round. Knowing the curative powers of the Street though, no doubt she will be back at work in no time anyway and all will be forgotten

Have been dipping in and out of episodes so not sure I'm following correctly. If Michael knows the flat development is an empty derelict site why doesn't he just tell everyone to go and look at it now as this is obvious proof Phelan is ripping everyone off?

Had to laugh at Tracy dismissing Daniel from the hospital as Ken's "real family" is now on hand. She was the only one in the room who is technically not his blood relative. Quite like Adam/mini-Mike Baldwin

Is Adam the one who had an affair with the young girl Mike Baldwin was going to marry? It was all a big reveal on their wedding day.

No Symphony, that was his other son, I can't remember his name but his mother was a florist Mike had a fling with, think her name was Maggie, maybe the son is called Mark, but I'm not sure.

Just watched tonight's. Utterly confused about the time of day events are happening. Corrie seems to have gone from the land of the midnight sun to one of permanent darkness. Brian arrived at Roy's in the dark with bike lights on, then Cathy went to meet a friend and met Roy later who asked if she'd had a good afternoon. Where were David, Max, Lily Bethany and Harry during Gail's cosy meal? How did Michael know that Gary had arrived at the building site? He was flat on his back having some kind of seizure(heart?). Is that the end for him?

Anna listened to that one vmail, why didnt she go through the messages and calls, internet history, emails, apps!

And why on earth did Anna offer Phelan £2000? That was just ridiculous.

Why didn't she put it on silent, that would have saved a load of trouble, and her painful acting is awful.

Poor Michael. How will he get away with it though if Gary says he saw him there and then they discover the body?

Clawdy I think she just offered him that as a distraction whilst Michael was at the site.

All they needed to have done was pass the phone over to Eileen and tell her to listen to it - I was shouting at the telly! And where was Kevin? Anna would never have put herself in the position of being alone and vulnerable with Phelan.

I was wondering whether Michael was actually faking his heart attack in the hope of stopping Phelan's attack, but the final shot seems to have kicked that theory into touch.

I gave up on it when I saw Anna inviting him to the flat... Give me strength.

I'm glad Brian's back, his scenes with Roy were great. Looking forward to seeing him with Ken too.

What a year for the Platts.... Callum's murder, concealment, discovery of his body, Kylie's murder and now Michael's apparent demise. I wonder how Max will cope; he seemed to have a really good relationship with Michael.
