Antony Cotton was pretty good tonight and made me feel sorry for Sean for the first time ever.

i would of thought steve michelle or liz would of been behind the bar serving, it seemed weird seeing rita and tim (wonder whats going on in rl) doing it.

I had a tear in my eye for Max at the funeral . David was great with him.
Hard to believe even Todd would confront someone at their wife's funeral - especially not where his new boyfriend is the vicar .
Eileen off to Thailand (hilarious, don't think she's been further than Rosamund St before now.....) is going to leave Phelan with free rein over Jason's business. Talking of Phelan, funny how he's gone months now without crossing paths with Anna, when initially they were bumping into each other every 5 minutes

Just caught up with last nights...

Puss - Steve & Michelle have gone on a "romantic" trip to Ireland to see her parents and get some time alone to try and make a baby!!! Not sure where Liz was.

I agree liverpool - I thought Todd was a bit odd doing that at the funeral. And yes, how come Anna & Phelan aren't giving dirty looks to each other anymore?

Glad Eileen got shirty with Phelan. She always stands up for her boys!

Oh Max's eulogy....so sad, I had a lump in my throat. He's a very handsome little boy, I always think. I'm already fed up with the Steve/Michelle/Leeanne baby nonsense.

Much as I hate Phelan, he did have a point when he said to Todd that Sean is a middle aged man - the camp dramatics were so OTT!

Steve didn't spend long in Ireland trying for a baby.

In this instance though, all he has done is start a relationship with Billy, once he'd ended things with Sean.

Eileen had a relationship with Michael whilst he was married to Gail, and so she can't really judge. They were about to sleep together when Michael had a heart attack, and Gail was thanking Eileen for looking after him at the hospital!

Plus, Todd is her son so that counts for a lot.

Ah, but.... Todd was really vile to Eileen (and Jason) not all that long ago (didn't Eileen 'disown' him at the time?) To be fair, Sean and her have always got on well.

I didn't really get on what pretext Phelan got Sean to leave work and come home - or how Phelan knew Billy and Todd were there anyway .

i wish they would get rid of gary everything he does annoys me even how he drinks his fecking beer, watching last night i thought something is going to start with him and sarah, poor sarah lou

I've felt sorry for Sean again this week. His parents don't want to know him and men keep letting him down so I don''t blame him for feeling betrayed. Loved the scene on Friday in the alley with him and Eileen.
