Gah, can someone pm me the two notable names and the significantly absent name for next week please - can't figure it out!

I noticed two missing names that mean that something speculated to happen next week can't happen. But, ImDB isn't always reliable,is it? I think the cast list is used updated, so could be from people who know of could just be from people making guesses from the preview.

I don't think that IMDB page is to be relied on. I won't believe that character is omitted from episode 10 until we get to the end of the episode and they haven't turned up.

I hope it's not a definite list !

I'm just watching for the 2nd time now and will try to keep my eyes open throughout this time !!!

Thanks Every. I'd spotted the inclusions but hadn't spotted Arya was missing. Don't know what that means for things if it's accurate.

There's, as always, a lot of ends floating about for us to stew on for the rest of the year!

I dislike Sansa even more. Littlefinger may be a bastard and in it for himself, but he does not pretend to be otherwise.

Agree with PP who said Jon is a bit wet this season. If he is 'The Prince who was promised' then he's a bit shit at it. He's just not cut out for battle strategies and warfare. He was great at The Wall, not so much the battlefield and I think he's more suited to a role like his Uncle Benjin than a Ned Stark type of role. Glad he has Ser Davos but I don't know if he will have him for long if Jon doesn't agree to punish Mellisandre......and how could he punish the woman who brought him back to life? He might fear her Red God now and not want to risk upsetting it.

Great episode though. I kind of understand why Sansa didn't tell Jon of The Vale Army, she didn't know if they would get there on time or even at all. And she didn't want to alert Ramsey of a huge army coming their way coz he would want to fight from inside Winterfell instead of on open field. I'm sure it's not unheard of to have spies in each others camp sending word of strategies etc. Or maybe she really is as cold as she seems and is only thinking about the endgame.....her as ruler of Winterfell. I'd like to see her and Jon agree to her ruling Winterfell and him off fighting the WhiteWalkers because I think that's where his talents lie.

Mereen was very good this episode for a change. It kind of hurried up Danys storyline, she has her ships, she's (hopefully) sorted out the Sons of The Harpy and now she has her army and will hopefully arrive in Westeros next season.

Varys is also missing. So if it's accurate he can't be meeting the sand snakes. Olenna too, but they are supposed to have filmed High Garden this season.

All I can say is Fuck yeah!!

I think the interesting thing about Littlefinger is he has broken from the Lannisters, he can't pretend to be on everyone's side when he has taken such decisive action against the Lannister backed Boltons. So he can't go back to Kings Landing. It seems possible that Varys will now approach Littlefinger and the Starks and they might ally with Dani. In fact, I'm not sure who is going to be opposing her when she arrives. She'll easily take a burnt Kings Landing and end up with just the white walkers to fight.

I think Varys is off to King's Landing as in the books. If he does the same as in the books, the competent members of the Small Council will be gone and Dany can be Queen of ashes.
