Going to watch the news in a minute and then off to bed to prepare for my first day back at work. Only three weeks to go then I'm off for another few days.

Evening all

Really busy day. Took roughly four hours to get here but bright sunshine all the way down. Its actually Coventry we're staying in and that's where Warwick University is for some reason. I didn't realise that. Had tea out at a steakhouse restaurant thinking it was a fairly informal place but when we got in it was a very dressy one. Eek. DH's eyes nearly popped out of his head at the prices!! We stayed anyway as we were starving.

Up early tomorrow. Have to be dressed and at the Uni for 9!!!

I like Colin Morgan and that drama sounds good. I'll try and catch it when I get home. Night all!

2 episodes into the living and the dead and my brain is ticking away. As with Life on Mars it seems like the words that characters speak is key, and I'm pretty sure Nathan's wife has said something pretty pivotal already. There is a thread on here about it but some have watched all 6 episodes and I fear reading it has given me a massive spoiler (and you know how much I hate those).

I have all sorts of questions about things that might be red herrings. I'm trying to work out when it's supposed to be set, costume wise it would say 1890s, but thematically it's so Hardyesque which I associate with an earlier period.
