I'm fine, just had an idea of something in my head and it isn't turning out like that. Took myself to the cinema instead which was good. BFI were showing Indiana Jones, so got to enjoy Harrison Ford for a few hours.

Hope you feel a bit better today pixie. We're in the middle of a thunderstorm currently so hope it will cool things down a bit. Fingers crossed for Tatton. The forecast seems to change by the hour.

I know I've not posted in ages. One of the big reasons is a twin smashed the tablet screen so I had to send it away to get repaired a while ago and got it back today. Its still not brilliant as it takes any letter 'E's to come on the screen when you press down

Evening, mums treatment got postponed till tomorrow. I will save all your good wishes for then.

Just watched Sychronicity - that short film BA made after OG, he's only in it for about a minute, with an American accent!

Warm again tonight, hopefully I'll actually get a decent night sleep.

All the best for tomorrow ice. Really warm again tonight, just airless. Hopefully a better night sleep than last night. I've got stitches on my back from my mole removal which makes it so uncomfortable. 10 days before they can come out!

ilove how was the Tatten Park?

Avery long day but most enjoyable though tiring. So glad I'm not in work tomorrow (or Friday come to think of it). The weather held out and was hot but nowhere near as oppressive as it had been on Tuesday. Still got burned a bit though even with factor 30 cream on. There were some lovely gardens (the cottage type are my favourites) and as it is Members' Day today and therefore less busy, you do get chance to speak to some of the designers etc which is always interesting. Did a fair bit of horticultural retail therapy but only one impulse buy - the rest were planned in advance. We saw some filming as well (for anyone who watches Gardener's World).

I have just looked in the mirror and realised I will look a patchy sunburned mess tomorrow when I have to go for my mammogram. Hate the bloody things - they really hurt and I think I have a high pain threshold so think of me standing topless with huge red sunburn marks round the front of my throat and chest and back of my neck.

Rich not nice - do the stitches itch as well?

Putting the kids out in the garden asap this morning. The twins turned 4 last week so we bought them all a huge swing/rocking seats set so hopefully it'll keep them entertained all day.

ilove stiches have to out in 10 days, waterproof dressing but advised to try to keep dry, great when I'm so sweaty! Your photos are lovely.

Well, I watched Fleabag without much expectation of enjoying it as, to be honest, the write up didn't fill me with much enthusiasm in spite of the presence of a certain Captain/BA. However, I'm pleased to say that I actually laughed quite a few times and was even a little touched by it in places and will probably watch the rest. Limited BA but never mind it was a step up in the... ahem... action stakes from OG. I also have to say, however, that I'm so glad I'm not a girl in my twenties anymore!

Just one question for anyone who has watched or is going to watch - Do you think those two teeth are real? You'll know the ones I'm referring to. Enjoy.

I don't think they were real rhu. It was funnier than I thought it was going to bed and surprisingly moving too. He's on cast list for next week too
