7/10 here. Was watchable, made me laugh a couple f times, didn't seem like an hour, and had no racist, homophobic or egotistical twattery in it.

OK, I'm one of the few people who hated friends. My sister has all the box sets. I hated the canned laughter. I remember Rachel and Ross. I vaguely remember a Joey but didn't think he looked like that, it was a while ago though.

Urgh I can't stand Sharleen Spiteri. But I can't remember why.

Matt LeBlanc was actually much better than I thought he would be, I can easily tolerate him.

If they had Aiden Turner ( naked ) in it, I'd watch it every week!

If they could swap CE for Rob Lowe i could get a bit more interested.

Matt pleasantly surprised me, Sabine was good but should be a main presenter rather than just have 10 minutes. Chris appeared nervous and his JC impression at the beginning was really unfortunate.

I don't mind Chris Evans and Matt le Blanc at all and I did like Sabine. Liked the guest turn form the Mayor! I Ithink there is some potential in it but it was a bit forced and either the audience was a bit subdued or they'd got the sound wrong - be interesting to see how it settles down over the series.

Ive recorded it to watch later, purely for Matt. I wasn't a huge Friends fan, but he's hilarious in Episodes and he comes over as naturally funny in interviews.

I used to love Top Gear, but stopped watching a couple of years ago.

I'm prepared to dislike CE but tolerate him if Matt is any good.

Ooh good point Sole although he's more of a boat enthusiast. But Rob Lowe and Simon Le Bon that would work for me.

Started out awful and then got better I thought. Laughed a few times and I do think Matt will carry it. DS - top fan who took to his bed when JC went - watched it all fairly quietly except for "Richard Hammond already reviewed that car!" in outraged tones. At the end he pronounced it "not that bad" and says he will watch next week.

Neither DS were interested in watching. They are holding out for the original 3 on Amazon Prime.

The whole thing felt very stilted. Chris Evans was awful - I hate his thin shouty voice. He was the worst thing about it.

I agree CE voice was one of the worst aspects and the dull jokes.

But I liked some of the programme.

I think it's sad they kept everything the same apart from the presenters. A whole new format would have been better.
