I'm so, so angry. This poor programme is treated like shit every time. Why couldn't they postpone Casualty, it's on every week? I've booked our holiday to allow for one postponement and that's used up already.

DH: I'll watch when I get in.
Me: ok, I'll just have to rewatch then.

We now have two definite postponements with potentially two more for the football. At this rate the dvd will be out about a month before it finishes airing.

Up until now I've tried to be reasonable and see both sides, but this just demonstrates that actually all the holding off and pissing about, delaying the scheduling was not because they were waiting for an uninterrupted run or a natural follow on from a previous drama or something explicable. It's because the fucking Tory patsies at the BBC just hold the show and its fanbase in utter contempt. The fact that Casualty is a complete and repetitive pile of poo with not an original storyline since it started 400 years ago notwithstanding, WHY PUT IT BACK IN THE SLOT WHEN THEY WERE HAPPY TO SHIFT IT IN THE FIRST PLACE, WHY???

This is the only programme I watch on the bbc, but because I want to have a telly in my house I have to fork out for a fucking license fee. Well do you know what BBC?, it's NOT FUCKING GOOD ENOUGH

I'm so disappointed I actually started cleaning, but came to my senses after a while and I'm drowning my sorrows in Pimms instead.

I'm properly fucked off with Simon Allen, who tweeted "We're making way for the #greatest tonight". We're fucking not, we're "making way" for Casualty. Does he think we don't realise? Patronising twat.

SaturdaySporting Activity was followed by DIYshop (and domestic disagreements) and FamilyGatheringAtLocalSportingOccasion. then we came home, I fell asleep did mowing and now I'm knackered.

And after a half term of gloomy, cloudy and generally miserable weather, the sun has been splitting the sky since midday. Feel very sorry for all the poor folk driving home today.

DS has decided that torrow is a 'stay at home and chill out' day. Sounds like a good plan to me.

DP is away too so I don't have to put up with him snoring (between him and the dog I sometimes find it difficult to catch all the dialogue).

Why couldn't Casualty be bumped? Or the film on BBC2? I knew the promised unbroken scheduling was never going to happen once the transmission slipped so late, but I hoped it would be better than it was for s2. But at this rate we'll be lucky to have finished the series before the Olympics start
