Just saw a lovely trailer, it starts on 26th May. Can't wait

I like Josh's model. I will have him in that robe, but he can leave his suit behind.

SoupDragon · 30/05/2016 21:56

I think it could be Jamie but I'm not sure.

dillite · 30/05/2016 21:56

I think Jamie too.

Lovecat · 30/05/2016 21:56

Loved Josh's dressing gown. Gorgeous fabric.

Oh, yay Charlotte! Hers was beautiful.

SoupDragon · 30/05/2016 21:57

Based on this week only, it's right that Jamie goes but overall, probably it should have beenJosh.

Lovecat · 30/05/2016 21:57

Ooh. Jamie's gone. Just as I learned his name... :o

Roussette · 30/05/2016 21:57

Gosh that's a shock. Jamie was the star in the first episode winning everything nearly

dillite · 30/05/2016 21:59

Next week looks like it's going to be exciting.

Roussette · 30/05/2016 21:59

Ooooh cant wait for next week with south african dresses!

LIZS · 30/05/2016 21:59

Esme seems a bit naughty under her cool facade!

SunnyL · 30/05/2016 22:00

Wowzer - I have a tutorial of Jamie bookmarked for making a man's shirt. I think his sewing is ace

PigeonPie · 30/05/2016 23:42

I initially thought Charlotte was mad to 'hand finish' but actually all it was was felling the inside of the contrast edge which wouldn't have taken long. I far prefer to hand finish edges like that on important things because it is so much nicer.

It was simple, but very effective and meant she could actually achieve a good finish. I do think that some of the contestants over-think the challenges and set themselves far too much to realistically do well in the time.

Roussette · 31/05/2016 06:56

ohyes I agree pigeon. They don't prove anything by picking the trickiest materials, Charlotte's was just fine cotton and it looked wonderful.

SunnyL · 31/05/2016 09:05

I'd wear angeline's though - very va va voom!

BurningGubbins · 31/05/2016 11:13

I like Angeline's pattern and fabric choices - bold and dramatic. Jade too.

SoupDragon · 31/05/2016 11:17

The only bit I didn't like of Angelines was the puffy shoulder seam. I think it would havebeenfarmore elegant as a smooth one.

BurningGubbins · 31/05/2016 11:49

You're probably right. I like her stuff but I wouldn't wear any of it, it's not my style - just living vicariously! I have a Primark dressing gown with newborn vom epaulettes...

SoupDragon · 31/05/2016 12:10

Mine has a shawl collar with hair dye detailing :)

Roussette · 06/06/2016 20:27

Anyone around for this tonight? International week... soooo looking forward to the west african dresses

SoupDragon · 06/06/2016 20:29

Me!

Roussette · 06/06/2016 20:35
Smile
Elevader · 06/06/2016 20:35

I'm watching!

PigeonPie · 06/06/2016 21:02

I'm here!

dillite · 06/06/2016 21:04

Checking in!

You know what I want them to do? Make a winged back armchair cover from scratch. I need to make some but no idea where to even begin and all the online tutorials seem to focus on straight armchairs.

Roussette · 06/06/2016 21:04

Here we go then! This should be fun, love those chinese tops
