Still got a soft spot for Hugo Speer Smile

KellyHb · 28/05/2016 22:05

Ah Rupert I can't take you seriously with that face.

Rhubarb01 · 28/05/2016 22:07

Looks like Constance is the founder member of the Women's Corps of Musketeers with all that leather.

Rhubarb01 · 28/05/2016 22:12

Aramis will be back to save the day!

MaddieMoo82 · 28/05/2016 22:12

Ooh hello!

pixieg1rl · 28/05/2016 22:15

Ooh, who's the man in the bath/talking to Rupert? He can butter my crumpets anytime

KellyHb · 28/05/2016 22:17

I see what you mean pix. Yummy.

KellyHb · 28/05/2016 22:19

Aramis my ovaries are taking a battering because of you.

KellyHb · 28/05/2016 22:25

Rhubarb01 · 28/05/2016 22:28

Missed me????

MaddieMoo82 · 28/05/2016 22:28

Lucky lucky Constance!

pixieg1rl · 28/05/2016 22:31

To be fair, it's not the most original line rhu

Rhubarb01 · 28/05/2016 22:34

It was more a case of did he really need to ask pix.

Not sure about Constance's uniform - she looks a bit like a dominatrix.

pixieg1rl · 28/05/2016 22:36

He was very thoughtful to wash first rhu

MaddieMoo82 · 28/05/2016 22:36

Yep not sure I'd be too comfortable in all that leather!

KellyHb · 28/05/2016 22:37

I'm still a sucker for that line I'm afraid. Smile

Wouldn'tve minded seeing CJ 's clothes laid out up the stairs and standing waiting for Molly in just a towel Smile

Rhubarb01 · 28/05/2016 22:49

Indeed pix it was very thoughtful of him to strip off!

MaddieMoo82 · 28/05/2016 22:49

Maybe that's what we will get in the new series kelly!!!

Rhubarb01 · 28/05/2016 22:53

Yes Kelly and mads I think that scene would be known in the profession as 'cameoing in Bath' - we can only hope Grin

MaddieMoo82 · 28/05/2016 23:20

Crossing everything in hope Smile

Ilovelblue · 28/05/2016 23:51

Very, very late here tonight - OMG after a lovely day out with my friend (the one who had health and financial issues), I came home to find one of my cats stranded up my neighbours' old oak tree - about 30 foot up.

There was no sign of him when I got home but I could hear him crying somewhere so began to wonder if he was locked in a garage somewhere. Then I realised he was up the tree next door. I ran round (his wife is a nurse and was at work) and told him and we surveyed the tree which is huge and wondered how the hell the cat had got up there but more to the point, how was I going to get him down! In the end, he rushed to his neighbour the other side as he's a semi-retired builder and has extra long ladders. It's a good job I am not scared of heights. There was no point my neighbour going up as there's no way the cat would come down for him. I got so far up but realised we needed to extend the ladders further but not before we'd sawed two branches off. He passed up the pruning saw and I had to saw them off (good job I know how to use a pruning saw!!), then get down, let him extend the ladders and go back up even further. At that point, I managed to grab the poor cat but had to manoeuvre coming back down with him in my left arm and having only one hand to hold on to the ladder. I'm not nervous of heights but I was more than a bit bothered about coming down from that height not very balanced! I felt a bit wobbly once I was back on terra firma. I really hope the little devil learns his lesson - I do not want to go through that again. As I was going up (with my neighbour on the ground), all I could think was "he's watching my bum!" In fact, it was more of a "You checking out my ar*e mate?" which I think is an almost direct quote from somebody's ff - sorry, can't remember which one.

Think I've recovered enough to go to bed now.

Night all.

MaddieMoo82 · 29/05/2016 09:26

Wow ilove hope you have recovered. You are braver than me, I think I may have required the assistance of a fireman or two Smile hope your cat doesn't get any ideas for a repeat performance. Is he a climber normally or do you think he chased something?

Gorgeous day here so getting on with some washing whilst DS naps and then hopefully getting out in the sun Smile

Richtea19 · 29/05/2016 09:49

I can't believe I didn't know the musketeers were back on last night! Only when I read the thread through this morning!

I'm staying at my friends in Canterbury to get away from bathroom mess! It was planned before but works out as rather convenient! Back to today to clear up!
