Probably Russia because they are so desperate they threw everything at it and let's face it they are going to get a huge vote from Eastern Europe no matter what. Interested to see what happens with the new vote system - let's hope it spreads the vote around a bit more and evens things up.

I thought there was a difference in the percentage split of the votes but it seems not so no change we;re definitely bottom half.
