lou100, it;s not that simple. ch4 isn't endemol, so a complaint might alter that relationship. also a complaint to ofcom is logged and may become important when broadcast licenses are re-negotiated. well, maybe...{grin}

Look lv i didnt swear at you. i swore as an expression of shock relating to the idea that jade and shilpa had had an adult conversation. if i swore at you it would be more like LV is an effing idiot. But i didnt say that. Some people dont 'do' emoticons, it's a free world.

I dont expect everyone to get me or like me, i dont like bullying and i'm glad if this thread raises questions. And no i dont agree with you much but i respect your right to have an opinion. Mwah.x

I think it was both shock value tv and irresponsible of C4 to air that whole racist section with Jo and Danielle.Who knows what sort of repercussions they could face when they come out?It should have been edited out and they should have been given a serious talking to.I don't mean to save their asses but do feel that something bad could happen to them as a result of idle tongues

No way! if they did that then it would just look even more like Shilpa was being "manipulative" (ha ha remember 24 hours ago when people were still saying that about her!). If they go on a TV show being observed 24 7 they should be responsible for the way they come across. Like someone said below they are too thick to censor themselves so why shouldnt they have to deal with any repurcussions!?

They got out the scissors. That is not the disgusting Jade whose incessant attack on Shilpa made my partner run away from the screen crying.

The whole episode was edited to make Jade look like she was so reasonable. I knew they could do that - they cut when she closes her mouth before the next tirade.

The ordinary viewer won't have a chance to make a fair judgement.

But even edited the way it was I rang my sister who quite liked Jade before she went in but now wants her thrown out of the house. "
