Emmerdale- are we in the least bit bovvered what happens in The Dales right now?

So:
Paddy and Rhona off to Germany with Marlons blessing.
Why did Rhona say "Pretend you fell off a horse" to explain his bruise. He's a Vet. He could've been kicked by any sort of animal, he's the most unlikely equestrian ever.

Eric- something going on with him. Not just a touch of dodgy tummy, I reckon he'll have something serious and bowel related (a slow burn storyline )

I find Rebecca's dress sense to be fascinating. They try to make her "cool" because she was a DJ is Ibiza but she looks like a hippie crying over her gay ex brother in law.

It's absolute nonsense at the moment. After the Charity pantomime with the horse tranquilizer incident we now have Moira turning into a car thief just cos she didn't get a contract.

I'm glad to see the back of Joanie but that was a ridiculous way to go!!

As for the Whites - just when you think there can't be a worse actress, along come someone to prove you wrong Hmm

One thing that I'm finding really, really annoying at the moment is Laurel constantly going on about finding money for Ashley to go in a home. They wouldn't have to pay fees, they have no assets, and no cash, I'm sure they are just renting where they are now.

redshoe you are right but no one in soaps (except way back in Brookside) ever mentions signing on. No one mentions getting tax credits or housing benefit, carers allowance, PIP, ESA etc - it is ridiculous.

User - Lisa went to pick up Joanie from prison, she told her that she and Zak were an item. The shock killed her well not quite, she did tell Lisa she was making a big mistake then she died. I think she probably had a better offer from Coronation Street, now her lovechild with Ken is back, she is bound to follow.
Yes the turban actually made me laugh ! I think the wardrobe dept. are having a bet on who can put her in the worst clothes Grin
