Emmerdale- are we in the least bit bovvered what happens in The Dales right now?

the last thread got to 1000 (took 2 and a half YEARS Grin )

So:
Paddy and Rhona off to Germany with Marlons blessing.
Why did Rhona say "Pretend you fell off a horse" to explain his bruise. He's a Vet. He could've been kicked by any sort of animal, he's the most unlikely equestrian ever.

Eric- something going on with him. Not just a touch of dodgy tummy, I reckon he'll have something serious and bowel related (a slow burn storyline )

Holly- can't stick her, whiney irritating little twerp.

Charity, you are not the hottest thing to walk the Dales. Go Away.

i noticed lisa moveing the chocolate from one side of the table to the other but then then any story in the factory is daft
the surprise party they threw for priya, health and safety would of had a field day with that

I think Lisa was scanning the boxes against something? Did make me laugh though, the way she said she wanted to keep busy - hardly keeping busy!

I haven't watched Emmerdale properly for about 6 months and I've missed it, got soooo much catching up to do. Can't believe I missed Andy leaving but then I'm sure he left once before and came back. I reckon he'll be back in a few years.

I do have good news for all you James haters though.....he's going to be bumped off, hurrah! Grin Possibly in their annual mass explosion that's coming up later in the year.

I wonder when Debbie's going to come back? She must have left almost a year ago now.

I loved Debbie when she was first in it in her teenage years but she's been an awful character the last few years.

Hmm well Sarah must be about 10 now so I don't think she's quite old enough to have a new head yet. I reckon in a year or so.

I think Sarah will be ok because when Robert got the photos for Andy it was the same Sarah and Jack in them. She's a good little actress.

I think it's more likely that Noah will be replaced because Jacob looks so much older than him now and they're meant to be the same age. Noah hasn't been on screen for weeks now.

I see they are introducing Rebecca White, should be good. Wonder what her history with Robert is?

How was Chas able to take money out of Livs account.

Loved when Paddy went into his house, Pierce controlling ways could be seen everywhere, I bet he'll end up changing Rhona, the way she looks, the way she dresses, everything, and Paddy and Vanessa will have to rescue her.

They've done that storyline before but it was a long time ago.

Yes surely Liv's money is held in trust. Chas is not her guardian (where did Liv's mum disappear to?) so how was she able to just access the money. Liv then tells Lisa "there's plenty more where that came from" as if a minor, she is 14 years old, would be able to just take that money and give it to any random personConfused

Liv's dad made Chas trustee of the money he left. He'd already split up with Liv's mum and trusted Chas to do the right thing (esp given he originally left the money to both Liv and Aaron).

Eastie77, she agreed that Liv would live with Aaron, I always find it strange that soap parents can just let their kids live with whoever they like.

This whole Chrissy and Robert thing is getting boring, and she has to be the worst actress I've seen in a long time.

I have to switch over whenever Tracey appears on screen. Something really unpleasant about her narrow eyes - maybe too much makeup.

Chrissie = awful. Maybe the scriptwriters think that giving her that severe evil bitch bob haircut glosses over her lack of actual acting skills.

It was Paddy's house and business before Rhona came, originally as a locum.
But I think Pierce is going to show his true colours at some point.

I think Jai and Holly are quite sweet together, but yes I'm sure it'll go wrong with them relapsing.
I used to find Holly annoying but I like the way she's all smiley now!

I was wondering that cheerytree, maybe she's studying, god if she comes back with a new head it will be some older actress trying to play an eighteen year old with no resemblance to Belle whatsoever.

It annoys me too much to watch regularly anymore. Just saw the last few bits of the omnibus today. Looks like another 'who's the daddy story' for Kerry. Just as well Emmerdale never did that story before. Hmm
I thought the wedding was farcical, like a third rate musical or something. Rishi, who I absolutely love, dancing through the factory 'I want to sex you up'. Oh please! What is in the sweets they push around the place at that silly factory and did he overdose on them!
I presume it's Cain that Charity is ringing. Aargh! I hate what is being done to my favourite soap.
