I thought Niamh's new bloke was on the level, will she find the cure? Surely you wouldn't make up a fictional illness for your child that is so easy for a GP to check?

I think Barry's nice looking. He looks like he looks after his self.
It's only his character and accent that make him seem not so attractive.

He's 100% better looking than slobby Al anyway.
The thought of Niamh and Al makes me feel a lot sicker than the thought of Barry and Val.

And his name doesn't help.

Put Barry in another program, portraying a different character and with a different name and job and I reckon he'd scrub up nicely.

I like Al's humor. But physically? yuck. I've always thought him and Niamh together is bad casting.

I like Barry but Valerie is annoying, not as much as she was when she was with Ashley but I also think it is unfair on her to expect Barry to spend much more than he has

I was first on MN as a name I can't remember then as kangamummy when kangaboy (DS) was small, so about 15 or 16 years ago, I can't remember when

Kangaboy is nearly 21 years old and about to finish 3rd year at Uni

I lurked from 2002, think I joined in 2003, changed names a lot and was never a regular poster, just lurking

My eldest is just doing GCSEs can't imagine sending any off to uni yet!

The RT part is from when I used to do the TV alerts on MN for things I thought MNetters shouldn't miss on TV and so my name changed to RadioTimesKangaMummy then was shortened to RTKangaMummy

I have been wondering if there are any MNetters still around from when I was posting all those years ago when KangaBoy was small.
