It was so sad watching Tyler basically telling Caitlyn that if she kept Carly, then he would leave. I also don't think he was very supportive over Caitlyn's depression

So what did people think of tonight's episode?

I enjoyed it. I used to love Tyler but every season is making me dislike him more. Last nights comments about not wanting a heffer for a wife were horrible. So happy that Maci got engaged finally. Still hate Farah.

can't believe Tyler would say that!!! I really really liked him in the past but last season I did start to think things had gone to his head a bit. I think he goes too far with the tough love. Going to watch last night's episode in nap time!!

I really don't like Tyler, used to but the show is making him look worse and worse. The show is not good for Caitlynn, they focus on her weight, depression, anxiety, Carly too much. I imagine every time she tries to think of something else and pick herself up they are then pushing her again to talk about her weight with someone.

I've recorded it as it's my 'go to' programme for when I'm ironing! Reading these comments I see that Tyler is not treating Cate any better

I don't like Tyler, I never have but his mum was spot on with everything she said in the 1st episode.

I'm glad Maci is now engaged, she is clearly pregnant! but I'm guessing they are saving the pregnancy test for a storyline.

I'm surprised Simon is still hanging around, he must have some patience to be putting up with Farrah and her family.

I think Maci was pregnant in the reunion show for last season! She had her baby, I think almost a year after she had Jayde?

Didn't get to watch the show yet but I will next week. I'm excited and I don't care if that makes me look like a saddo

Also Chelsea from TM2 is pregnant, which is nice. She kept saying they wanted to wait til after they got married though!

I think they are filming for TM 2 again as Leah posted a video of Addie on IG and she was surrounded by a camera crew.

Taylor real has gone down in my estimations. I think Simon is hanging around because Farrah is clearly loaded. So happy for Maci but yes she is so clearly pregnant and with Jayde being so tiny must be kinda of scary.

Ohfuds - is she? She is doing so much better since 16 and pregnant but I don't think it's going to be good for her having another child right now. Has she resolved things with her mum and custody of Jace yet?

Oh my god so Janelle is pregnant again? With David's baby I guess? I tend not to judge most of the time but 3 kids with 3 men had me like I must say!

God, Farrah is still entirely cuckoo. Why the fuck is she looking to buy a house with Simon when she's on the verge of breaking up with him? And then going on about getting engaged to him? They seem to barely tolerate each other

Totally agree about Farrah.

Whinging about Simon not proposing made me laugh as she said she'd picked the ring & hid it at her house. Well how is he supposed to propose if she has the ring-ffs ?!?!
She is desperate to be loved but doesn't know how to behave in an equal partnership & relationship.
It's either her way or no way.

I think tonight's episode is the only episode where I've actually quite liked Farrah, she was almost human

I've been reading about mtv staging Maci's pregnancy test scene, apparently Maci did a magazine interview and had already said that she was at the doctor's office when she found out she was pregnant but in tonight's she does a test at home, it makes me wonder what else is being staged.

Oh a lot of it is definitely staged. You can see her bump when they get engaged, then they show a teaser of her telling Taylor she might be pregnant and how bad that would be and she might cry! She definitely knew by that point. On a smaller level a lot of stuff happens/is said and then the producer jumps in and asks them to say it again/rephrase. Things with their friends eg when Raaaaahn is with a random buddy, all of that is planned so they can chat about somethings specific. I wouldn't be surprised if Simon for example had been cast

Poor Caitlyn, nor surprising her issues with her mom are resurfacing now she has her own daughter. Showing depression on the show is positive for anyone experiencing similar issues. I don't think Cait minded about Tyler.

Debra has taken to carrying around a bottle of sauce. Talk about product placement.

Still dislike Farah. Simon's a tool.

I'd love to know what Debra & Michael are like off camera. Michael seems the most normal and level headed of the lot.

Michael seems like a calm psycho if that makes sense. He beat up Derek
