Hi Anne, hi all. I've been watching this as it suits my "watch dross before I go to sleep" time slot.

What's got me is... there are so many recaps, reminders of competitions etc, I think there is about half an hour of footage in a one hr programme, which does make it a bit tedious!

Can't stand bossy leader from tribe no. 2, I'd be telling him to shove his fishing pots up his arse! Laughed out loud at the "you can be in charge of the camp cleaning in other words". Irritating man.

I'm trying to work out if it's more or less tedious than the previous series?
They're certainly a lot more well equipped and better housed.

I forget who it was last night, one of the women, who said she was actually a strong swimmer, but no one had bothered to ask.

I understand about the fishing tribe keeping hold of the equipment so as not to reduce their hold on some power, but how on earth they think the walk to and from the lake every day is an efficient use of their time and strength, is beyond me.

I love watching dross, it is my hobby.

Agree totally that it is a 30 minute programme padded to an hour.

But I think the dullness is part of the joy. It makes us wait longer to see who is the next to quit.

Yes, Anne, it's so spectacularly bad, it is just the ticket for my half asleep brain at that time of night! And there's nudity of course but I almost wished I'd been asleep when fishing man was parading around with it all hanging out
