Re. the water refuser: did Ai miss something, or did the a&e consultant take a hands-off alproach to this one? I didn't hear her once say 'if you don't drink the grim water, this is what will happen,' although I'm sure she pointed it out to the camera.

It always bugs me how they go through the whole recruitment process and spend money on getting people there, then they basically have an uncomfortable night and go 'naah, not for me' (see also Gemma Collins when she was in I'm a Celeb) It's not as though the hardships should be a complete shock to them.
