As an aside, they didn't put Ghost of Charlie in, he was one of Stacey's hallucinations.

Yeah sonia and that woman with 90s hair and the year round tan were there.....she was wearing a nice printed dress, its the first outfit she's worn I've liked.

So I guess thre will be a funeral for Charlie and nearly all his daughters won't be able to make it due to s big or a delayed plane or whatever. Except for Belinda who suddenly got a mention after years in the wilderness Essex. Also as Carmel announced Kush has siblings they will be turning up soon....

I agree Stacey is not nice, she winges and moans and shouts constantly, and treats people like shit but then does the vulnerable face and they all just forgive her and swoop her up like a puppy. She was even vile to Bradley, I sweat they spent most of their on/off relationship off. Poor Kyle should be running for the hills, or moving into the B&b if it was run by Nancy and Tamwar as a safe house for normal characters with reasonable personalities. They could call it the Oasis of Calm, current guest staying is Jay.

and also, Soup, didn't Charlie used to be a cabbie so it was a reasonable hallucination (if such a thing exists)!

I love how the driver said "£8 please" and in her freaked out state she managed to give him the correct money at superfast speed. It was obviously coins from the sound effects so how did she have exactly that ready in her hand when said hand is constantly rubbing and thumping baby reborn second coming Arthur?

I think you might be right about Charlie. I only watched it occasionally back then so can't really remember.

I hope they don't do a Shabs and Kush custody storyline. That would be crazy. I think she really wants her own baby anyway.

I agree that there needs to be a big kill off event in EE. They've had them in other soaps before. There should be a big bus with Babe, Mo, Martin, Stacey, Carmel, Bobby, Jane, Sharon, Ronnie and Roxy on it. I may think of more.

You forgot Linda's Mum, she needs to be on that bus.

Yes a mass cull would be Fab hollyoaks seem to do 1 every other week and get away with it.

I agree, there needs to be a big cull but not Kim. Kim keeps my husband happy :o

Well the hysteria and melodrama, bordering on gothic, was a nice change from Vincent looking constipated all the time.

I liked it, it made a change having an episode where something happed....

Thing is though, I'd be quite happy for Stacey to fling herself off that roof clutching the much-rubbed doll, and I don't think that's quite the effect the writers were going for.

When Stacey was at Dot's I was thinking "That's the biggest two week old baby I've ever seen, surely a thirteen pounder!"

missbattleaxe I thought the same! Huge newborn doll. The baby also looked a lot darker skinned last night than it did previously, it was when Kush was there. It was almost like, 'oh look, let's just make sure we know his dad is in the room by having a baby with slightly darker skin.'

Charlie was the only cabbie in the East End for a while. He used to drive every departing character off the square, or would take people 'up west' when characters realised there was a great big city to explore.

Liny- Rubber Arthur would probably bounce!

I agree how much-rubbed rubber Arthur has changed skin tone overnight.

Stacey should get hospitalised and then come home and carry on being Lily's mum. Stacey still gets to see Arthur and spend time with him by 'nipping across the road' to see him. Maybe she can have a baby with Martin too.
Martin and Kush have a massive row and they both beat other up a bit for being wishy washy/deceptive shit.

Shirley should give Jade back to her mum and be content on playing granny instead of mummy.

Shabs should get Jade back. Kush gets Arthur. Now they have a proper family and both get to be parents.

There. All tidied up. Happily ever after.
