It seems so unbelievable now, I know it's a soap but we're undergoing a severe suspension of reality at the moment.
Stacey is unfortunately experiencing postpartum psychosis, and now has to deal with a whole has family she didn't know about, a bigamist father who died when she was a child (thanks to her psychopathic brother Sean) and a half brother, who was formerly her half sister. On top of that, she has been lying about the paternity of her child. If my memory is correct she also attempted to hide the father of her previous child, had a husband (fiancé?) who died jumping from a building trying to honour her name, had a long term affair with his father prior to this, was raped by a psychopath and killed said rapist, leading to a brief stint in prison after absconding from the country to evade arrest.
Shabnam has had unprotected sex (or just sex?) on 2 occasions leading to pregnancies. Firstly with a man who is now known to be a rapist, she abandoned that child and it was put into foster care, now her daughter is living doors away being raised by said rapists family. Her next one night stand, ended with a tragic stillbirth. Now she has been told that due to extremely rare complications she will never be able to have children naturally again. On top of that, her best friend had a baby with her now husband, unfortunately that best friend is currently suffering with severe mental health issues.
Kat was abused by her uncle as a girl, which resulted in a pregnancy. That child was then raised as her sister. Then she had a child with the cousin of her on/off husband. After numerous ups and downs with her relationship, including finding out that her on/off husband was infertile, she miraculously conceived twins. Shortly after she suffered severe burns caused by her stupid husbands attempts to get them out of poverty. Luckily however, they won the lottery, but this happiness has been short lived, as her husband has a possible brain tumour, and she has just found out that she gave birth to twins, and not one child as she originally thought.
