it was like he knew he would win

We thought that Samcro - such an arrogant and insincere thing to say.

I know, like he felt sorry for Jamelia to be up against him. She danced better than him. I was so happy when Len disagreed with the others.

Don't know if I'll get the link right (have never done one on my phone before), but apart from slimy NPP's comments, the other celebs and pros all talk about how well Jamelia did in her dance off and over the whole series...the comments seem a little pointed to me. link

That was a really odd dance off tonight. Its not the first time they've sent the wrong couple home, but it is the first time they've done so when there is such a glaring difference in their quality of dancing. And the judges knew they were in the wrong as well, all of them not just Darcy. PA's dance was a mess, and his dance off even worse. Judged on that alone he should have gone home.

One one hand Jamelia would have been in the dance off every week until she'd gone, but is that really fair when she dance so much better?

Hello, I've been very behind and have just caught up.

I think Jamelia should have stayed too - she did a lot more quickstep then PA did jive! He was a bit rubbish too. I thought he'd suit the jive, but he really really didn't...

I voted for Jamelia, and some obsessives on the DS forum voted for her in heroic numbers, because I feared this would happen. But on the upside, there clearly isn't a legion of NPP voters out there. And he was bottom of the leader board, it's not like they could have thought he was safe. So that's a relief.

Looking forward to It Takes Two on Monday. Might skip Tuesday though.

i hope he is in the DO next week against Kelly or georgia. cos then he will be gone~(smug twat that he is)

It's beginning to look as though Ola is correct to claim that the voting is fixed.

Ola is just coming across as bitter & nasty though so wish she'd be quiet.

I'm not a fan of NPP but overall he is the better dancer & there really is nothing endearing about Jamelia either. I took his comments about Jamelia being in the dance off to be in reference to her always being in the dance off & wishing she'd got a break rather than she'd lose against him.

I have to say that all the NPP rage on this thread is making me feel a bit sorry for him!

Agree with pp, I bought my tickets to the live shows ages ago & feeling less excited also - not bothered at all to see Jamelia live & find Mel & Sue to both be extremely irritating!!

The Jordans are stuck though. This is the clearest possible evidence in favour of Ola's assertion that it's rigged but they're very much Team Peter/Janette and they can't say very much without saying that Peter was shit, Janette's choreography/teaching was inadequate and they should be out. Very funny watching them squirm.

Did you notice Katie's tribute to Jamelia being cut off mid word after she said "Pe....."? Obviously in a video about Jamelia they would want to keep the tributes focussed on her and not digress, but it did make me laugh.

PA is now the worst dancer left isn't he?

Katie might do badly next week because she has the Argentinian Tango (I think) and she is the next worst. I wonder how voting will go...

And Anton said he had never done an Argentine Tango before. So does not bode well for him and Katie. So I'm crossing my fingers for them.

PA has not improved over the weeks with his tecnique despite his show bizzy performances. His flat footwork is his downfall with the viewers I think.

Jamelia's Quickstep was very impressive and she did improve.
I think the show wanted 2 men to carry on to enhance the contest.

Darcy Bussell will be on BB1 shortly to discuss last night's controversial Dance Off. Will she tell the truth?

Hmmm. The dance off was not mentioned.

of course the judges wont tell the truth, the whole show is manipulated to keep the ones in that attract the viewers - its just my opinion and from what I read on line. Ok, I know Orla and James may be bitter, but I bet there is some truth in what they say , it has been said before by other dancers too and lots of bitchiness does also go on back stage.
shame really, as its a good show. I was disappointed not to see the little ones this year at ~Blackpool. They were excellent last year.

I think the judges will overmark PA next week so that he will be at the top of the leaderboard.
I don't understand why they want him to win so much. Is it because they think he's popular? Is it something they promised him so he's take part?
I did think yesterday he could have just lay down on the dance floor and done nothing and still got through. But after they both danced I was like "oh Jamelia is actually much better than him, so maybe she will get through." But no. According to the judges in a jive you have stompy feet and spatula hands.

I dont think theyll be able to fudge the marks so much as to put him at the top.

What Dance is NPP doing next week? If it's ballroom then they can just keep him in hold and put dry ice on the floor to cover his stomping footwork.

Maybe they're keeping in NPP to get their moneys worth and because he's probably the most talked about celeb. DD and I love to hate him and were wondering if we'd be slightly bored watching next time with him out.

Why is it fixed though? Don't really get it. It's not as if there's a recording contract at stake like the X Factor. And keeping popular ones in "to attract the viewers" as someone said,does not make sense as the viewers can vote for their favourite anyway?

Clearly fixed. Insanely low mark for Anita AGAIN with overmarking for the "call the midwife"girl week after week. They clearly want to keep 2 men in as long as possible. I think Len only said Jamelia to make her feel better and to make it look like it wasn't fixed rather than his integrity. Shame I was really enjoying this series.

SCD chased Peter for years before he finally agreed to do it. The obviously see him as an A list celeb. And if he wins they hope that it'll get other top celebs to sign up for the show next year.

Oh for goodness sake it was obvious that Jamelia was the better dancer. Anita's dance was the best of the night, yes even better than Georgia's.

What I don't understand is that PA seems to be 'running' the whole show and he's a hopeless actor to boot. His response to being in the dance off was sickening. Ugh! Even my mum can't stand him (and she likes to see the men in.)

Jay and Anita were underscored this week, yet again. Helen was over marked. Her feet work looked leaden.

I wonder if anyone from the BBC reads threads like this or the forums, if they do they clearly don't take a blind bit of notice of the very valid points people are making.

I don't think they do take notice emotionsecho, the points being made on this thread are the same on DS, twitter and the SCD Facebook page. Even people like me who don't like Jamelia agree that was a farce.
