I love Quinn in this series. Saul made me but I'm relieved he has come to his senses. How does no-one suspect Hair? They're meant to be seasoned pros.

I liked seeing Saul losing the plot this episode. I'd stopped liking him, and now they've rehumanised him for me.

As an aside, it took me an entire ad break to locate the Saul Snacks I'd hidden. I was getting a bit panicky there but now they're found I cannot recommend Sainsbury's Thai Red Curry Mix (like Bombay Mix, but not) highly enough.

I wasn't paying full attention this week tbh (trying to sort out some paperwork) and was mostly relying on dh to keep me informed ("it'll be in the coat he hung up!"), but the one comment I did make was when he told Ubiquitous Journo to get out of his way - "she's not in your way you twat". Very pertinent.

Hair was being a bit wishy-washy (no more nails!), glad the penny is beginning to drop for Saul, and what a fucking coincidence that Quinn got found by Dr Tony, hey????? What does he do, prowl the streets looking for down-and-outs he can help out? (He must be trying to atone for something Very Bad.)

Im a bit confused about "get out my way" man. His presence was very brief. Not really sure of the point of Quinn over hearing him making a plot and then him being killed off. So thats the end of that storyline then and also. All his mates who were cheering when he came back from prison, hugging him and plotting with him just stood there when quinn killed him. Wouldnt they have been baying for his blood? All seems a bit muddled up. I remember getting this feeling in an earlier season- that it felt a bit last minute put together just to fill episodes. I hope this season doesnt go the same way.
