PA was way over marked
I love Jay but agree with judges
Helen Bambi is still super stiff .

I love G&G

Redcrayons · 09/11/2015 22:11

Just watching ITT, I think Carol has a bigger crush on Pasha than I do!

GrouchyKiwi · 10/11/2015 08:14

Jeremy does suits a lot - I think he mostly wears blue suits and a natty tie. Or she could try one of his training outfits? And stilts made of tin-cans and string to make her taller?

Inkanta · 10/11/2015 10:08

Hope Tess is better by Saturday. She seemed to be struggling with a cold and forcing smiles when she probably didn't feel like smiling.

She's always looking at his mouth Blush

Snowstorm · 10/11/2015 17:34

Still laughing/cringing at the Len's Lens section of the results show and Darcey explaining how PA and thingy were keeping in perfect time, over a VT of them doing the exact opposite! I know the judges are not infallible but I'd have really felt a twit for scoring them a 10 for that. Wonder if the people in charge of the clips don't like PA and were highlighting that bit on purpose?

KurriKurri · 10/11/2015 17:50

I wondered that too Snowstorm. But then I thought maybe they were hard pressed to find any clip where he was in time. I remember saying while he was doing his dance 'he's out of synch' - it was good lively dance and I enjoyed it, but it wasn't a ten.

I don't know how good a view the judges get - I sympathise with having to make a quick decision and sometimes getting it wrong. Len always seems to pick up on fairly intricate footwork though and they always pick up on slight mistakes that aren't obvious to me, so a you;d think a big old ' not dancing in time' that a 'no-knowledge' like me spotted, wouldn't slip under the radar !

KurriKurri · 10/11/2015 18:55

Oh yuk - Peter's VW is going to be a 'he loves his kids' tribute, not sure I can take that.

I feel sorry for Kellie-(on ITT now) - I have a certain respect for people who are honest enough to say what everyone must feel 'people not voting must mean I am unpopular' (not sure she;s totally correct - but it must feel like that - and some of them come out with all the 'middle of the board is a bad place' stuff, but they must all think 'do folk dislike me?)

Strictlyobsessed · 10/11/2015 19:22

Yes felt sorry for Kellie too and she was honest about feeling like she was going to cry I think in this case their last dances have been so full on that this dance was lovely but subdued so could have been seen as a bit blah so people didn't vote for them I think it was technically a difficult dance but when you go from really fast as in Harry Potter dance to this it seems too bland to the general public ie me! She is a better dancer than Jamelia even her partner looked shocked they were not in the dance off. love Jeremy hope he stays in Karens choreography is brilliant and he just has a look of joy when dancing a bit like Russell Grant!

niminypiminy · 10/11/2015 19:43

I voted for Kellie this time - I loved that waltz. It's quite a bold move to do something that looks simple and classic on Strictly and I think a lot of people just want to see lots of lifts etc . But I would rather see something done really, really well than lack of technique covered over by lots of swooshing about.

ThursdayLastWeek · 10/11/2015 19:47

Oh god lawd. NPP has got Janette on the 'I love my kids' agenda too

Has anyone else read monkseal this week? it is truly hilarious! one of the best.

IthoughtATMwasacashpoint · 10/11/2015 20:21

Apparently NPP has threatened to said he will sing at Janette and Alijaz' wedding if he gets to the final.

I suspect she's devising subtle ways of tripping him up several times between now and the semis

Snowstorm · 10/11/2015 22:26

Janette deserves some kind of award for tolerating him ... I couldn't cope with him for five minutes, just nauseating.

Secondtimeround75 · 10/11/2015 23:02

Can you post a link ?

BlackAmericanoNoSugar · 10/11/2015 23:39

Monkseal So bitchy funny. Grin

Horsemad · 11/11/2015 10:23

Just read Monkseal - brilliant recap, as always! Grin

somepeopledontknowthat · 13/11/2015 16:46

Just watched Georgia and Giovanni back again, they're really growing on me.

GruntledOne · 13/11/2015 18:39

I loved that waltz. It's quite a bold move to do something that looks simple and classic on Strictly and I think a lot of people just want to see lots of lifts

No-one's allowed to have a lift in a waltz, are they? Which means most waltzes are simple and classic. So I don't think Kellie was at any sort of disadvantage.

JuanPotatoTwo · 13/11/2015 19:05

Katie's dress for tomorrow is gorgeous. Two stone off and I could maybe get away with it!

I've always thought of Giovanni as a big bloke, but he looked quite small on ITT just now. He and Georgia seem very comfortable together. I wouldn't be surprised if they make it to the final.

And how fantastic does Bonnie Langford look? She's my age but, sadly, that's about the only similarity!

emotionsecho · 13/11/2015 19:39

The way that Bonnie Langford can get her leg to her ears makes me feel very inadequate!

JuanPotatoTwo · 13/11/2015 19:44

Just watched Anita and Gleb's waltz from Halloween week again. So atmospheric. Gleb certainly has some impressive, er, moves. :)

JuanPotatoTwo · 13/11/2015 19:45

She's very supple isn't she emotions. I guess a lifetime of dancing will do that for you.

emotionsecho · 13/11/2015 21:14

Oh yes Gleb can certainly move, I loved the clip of him on ITT dancing with AntonGrin.

I daren't look up how old Bonnie Langford is.

Tensmumym · 14/11/2015 14:47

Lovely interview with Claudia.
