Did anyone else think that key drama was such a anti-climax?

Took the whole episode to get there and then with the boring "will Linda tell the family" storyline, it was all an anti-climax... couldnt care about either storyline at the moment.

That Linda and Mick wedding storyline is stupid. I'm thinking there are too many storylines going on at the moment without throwing that into the works.

Everyone on EE "cancels" their wedding at least once before they get married. So repetitive so boring so predictable. Also considering they showed the wedding episode during Strictly Come Dancing, so we all know that they will get married which makes it even more tedious.

Big deal, he had another family. Has to be one of the biggest anti climax's ever!

Such a boring and predictable reveal for something that's been going on for since April last year.

I don't think EE writers realise that unless we've seen a character and their backstory we have no interest in them. Never having seen Stacey's dad I have no interest in him or his second family. Same with Vincent and his dad, don't care if it was the Mitchell's who killed him or someone else. If a current character is killed by the Mitchell's then yeah I'd be interested. If a current character is a bigamist yeah again I'd be interested. But without all the faffing about with keys, empty safety deposit boxes and Jean screaming.

I'm not surprised the actor who plays Jean's husband looks embarrassed.

I don't understand why Vincent was preparing to leave his house and family instead of just telling Claudette to push off back to her own home, and leave him, Kim and Pearl alone.

Love the way a big family meal just happens and all are free to attend. Nancy looks a tad tangoed as does Kathy - who has now removed her wedding rings .......

And the living room seems to extend (as all houses do in ee) in the pub. Not only do they have a sofa and chairs on there - suddenly there's room to put up a large table and chairs to seat 8 - where do they store this?

Just caught up carter full lunch on their lunch breaks and what did tina have to tell them and Mick its not about you you arsehole he went through the list of who had pissed Linda off not once did he think it might be just her ARSE it really annoyed me. And as much as i love jean i wish she had just spat it out I agree stacy is getting to many stories

They seem to do big reveals then drop it for a few weeks.

I can't stand Ronnie anymore. Wish she'd leave. Why doesn't she just kill Vincent? She's not normally afraid to get rid of people who she no longer wants or needs?

Can't the scriptwriters give Shabnam some happiness? The viewers like drama but not all of it visited on one character in one year.

Claudette's ropey accent annoys me and her bigoted, stubborn attitude doesn't fit in with someone who accepted Les and fostered children for years.

Agree with the PP who said every wedding gets cancelled or postponed or has a hitch in EE. Dull. Just get married or don't. Why the lip chewing and scowling for three episodes?

Some good acting from Cora. I don't like the character but the actress is very good. I used to like her in Widows.
