Thought about mentioning Halloween Hell in the title but it's a Sunday morning and some of us may be feeling delicate enough.

Carol is so lovely but it would be really unfair if she is not in the dance off this week. It reminds me of when John Sargeant was in - no matter how badly he danced he was kept in at the expense of the better dancers. I really hope Jamelia gets through this week.

I quite liked the sparkly playsuit

I just looked at Aljaz's chest for the whole routine.

I didn't like that really, but I appreciate the effort Alijaz took to show us his spray tan.

Helen was too stiff in her legs and straight in her body - balletic instead of latin american.

mmmm. Looked a bit like Aliona was doing all the work and he was just following her around. B

I think there was a lot of Smokescreen Dancing from Aliona, actually. Not a lot of the exciting leg action from Jay.

LOVED the music. I wish they used traditional stuff more often.

Now the AT is a brilliant dance. I thought that was fab.

I agree Vincent & Flavia are the experts though, saw them live last week and they were amazing

Loved the music and dress - she looked much better than him though.

I know people seem a bit meh about Aliona but I do think she has an amazing, lithe body and is incredibly graceful.

Poor Tess doesn't sound very well this evening

With Jay it seems to me it's like "Here I am doing this dance" rather than just flinging himself in and dancing.

Aliona's beautiful, a lovely dancer, has a killer body, but I think she can be a bit stroppy and that's why I find it hard to warm to her.

Wonder if Katie can rediscover her dance ability.
