Thought about mentioning Halloween Hell in the title but it's a Sunday morning and some of us may be feeling delicate enough.

Thursday. I'm no expert either, I do feel for Jamelia she is far from the worst dancer.

If they're half way complimentary I suppose she might not get the sympathy vote.

Why do you hope she's back next week Len? When Jamelia ends up in the dance off vs Kelly or whoever will you say "that's the right result because Carol really needed to stay in?"

Thought that was a bit stilted and there wasn't a lot of hip movement from Helen. I still hate the rumba.

That was ok, bit nothing-y. Her legs were nice and straight though.

Carol was really bad...although she's a likeable lady.

I don't like the Rumba at all, wish they'd ditch it to be honest. So, it was a bit 'meh' for me but that's probably not Helen's fault
