Thought about mentioning Halloween Hell in the title but it's a Sunday morning and some of us may be feeling delicate enough.

Yes Kellie's growing on me, I like what she said about not thinking of it as a competition, just a show dance (I think I believed her Halloween Wink).

Once again Joanne showed up any other dance instructors; the way she got Tristan to stand in the correct mans' waltz hold was inspired!

WTF did Khristina think she looked like? That outfit and shoes, plus the plastic forehead . Just NOOOOOOOOOOO Grin

The weird thing is I don't remember darcey being without that oddly shaped noz.! I think it's very sad that so many people resort to fakeness actually.

That's why I admire Kellie, at least her forehead looks natural!

I like Kristina too Lotta, I'm not surer keen on the hair extensions/Botox forehead look but I think her hour glass figur is fab. Her bottom that skirt last night was quite incredible Grin

And ditto Tristan. His affability might mean Jamelia stays in a bit longer!

Does anyone else feel there's zero connection between Tristan and Jamelia? With a lot of the other pairs, you can see a real partnership - with Jeremy and Karen for example, its clear that he thinks she's a goddess and that she likes him a lot and respects his commitment. I rarely see much interaction between Jamelia and Tristan when they're not dancing together.

No i think they get on fine they were laughing and joking last night I think it goes back to the pawing and hugging each other thing they have only known each other 8ish weeks they are not "besties". Some of the i luv them nonsense is to false.

I'm not sure Lotta - I think she's quite keen on him, and last week where she was fighting off the tears he was very nice with her. There's no in-your-face chemistry I don't think but they're pleasant enough to each other from what I've seen. The obvious one for me, and probably everyone else, is Brendan and Kirsty.

I thought they seemed to be getting on just fine. Like new friends rather than all the over the top fawning some of the others do.

Helen George irritates me although I can't quite articulate why. I think it's all the wide eyed innocence of 'Was I good? Really, do you think?' when she knows full well she's in the top handful of celeb dancers. It's a fine line though, if she was too confident it'd probably come across as arrogance so I sort of get it.

When Jamelia was in the dance off he was being really lovely to her and giving her encouraging words that the mic picked up as they walked down the stairs. I think Tristan treats it for what it is - a fun dance competition/show rather than the life and death seriousness that some of them treat it with their tears, "I love you" declarations to their partners, acting as though they'll never see each other if they're voted out.

I get the feeling with Tristan that he's doing the job, he's naturally a polite and pleasant guy and won't be anything less than professional, but that he doesn't particularly warm to Jamelia. If you compare it to, say, the relationship between Kellie and Kevin, or Kristina and Ainsley, there's a noticeable difference.

I think its just different personalities thats all kevin and kellie are perky Ainslie just seems a tactile loveable person. Tristran just seems a nice man doing his job i like him.

He and Brendan are similar Brendan isnt into pawing and hugging but is supportive of his partners.

Kevin and Zoe were funny last night on IT2. He has a vivacious personality and is always a bit OTT.
He was cuddling up to Zoe on her shoulder, as that is as far as he reached with his head due to his short staure and Zoe's statuesque one, exaggerated by her killer heelsGrin.

Zoe seemed bemused and played his game by saying " come to mummy" and was grinning. Kevin was hamming it all up.

Yes, fair point about Tristan - fawning all over people isnt' everyone's cup of tea. I don't think he's being unsupportive at all, just that there didnt seem to be much of a connection between them like there is about other couples. Mind you, I never get the chance to watch ITT, very sadly Sad

I'm starting to tire of the beebs constant promotion of all three of the Cliftons. They're at the front of every group dance, always on Claudias shoulders and in camera shot during the show and Joanne's choreography corner on ITT this week was laughable, she just wanted to make it all about her and how she teaches rather than actually explaining as Karen Hardy would. They all set my teeth on edge and it seems they're a pack of media worshipping hounds. Kevin and Karen make equally silly faces when dancing and I've never warmed to her after the alleged Ola incident a few years ago. I was pleased when Jo didn't get partnered this year, less we see of her the better.

That's a bit harsh on Joanne, she's seems lovely, plus she's a world
Champion so got some proper credentials. She was partnered but her celeb male dropped out at the last minute.

KFG, otoh, is quite annoying.

I love all the Cliftons, even though Karen should have stayed a Hauer if you ask me. What a shame for Joanne, was wondering why she wasn't dancing this year

I like Karen - she seems lovely, I've gone off Kevin slightly this year in a dance way, I did love his routines, but this year it all seems a bit manic, his trousers are always a size too small and he's got a hint of David Cameron in his hairstyle :D (Yes I know that is unreasonable but I can't get the image of DC dancing in tight trousers out of my head and it's not a good one)
