ilove my eldest DS had physio back in the summer via the nhs. The pitfalls of hubby being self employed is no health insurance. We waited weeks for a letter and then more weeks for the appointment. Just 30 mins apts and most of the therapy were exercises to be done at home. The only other option was a private physio for £40.00 per 30mins!

I'm off the Spirit of Christmas today at Olympia. I go every year and it marks the start of the Christmas season for me. The minute I step in there and smell cinnamon sticks and orange! And the smoked salmon bagel and fizz for lunch of course!

If anyone's out enjoying bonfire night hope it's drier than it is here. Doesn't seem to be stopping the fireworks here. Sounds like a war zone outside and have an over tired baby and a dog worrying herself to death about the bangs ahhhhh!

Maddie one of my cats is on my knee and the other is hiding under a chair plus my shoulder is hurting like hell so I'll be glad when the fireworks finish. Not struck on them anyway....

Sorry that shoulder is bad ilove do you have a heated pad or something you can put on your shoulder?
I don't really mind the proper displays as least you know about them but is the random ones that are a nightmare!

I'm sitting with a hot water bottle on it at the moment but have heat lamps, wheat bags, ice packs.... the works.

Watching Paul O'Grady and his Love of Dogs and Tom Hardy is on with him playing with a massive American bulldog.

I came back from delivering a baby gift about 20 minutes ago and as I came through the gate, the noise was so loud, I thought I was being shot at! No CJ around to comfort me either. :(

I love fireworks. Completely adore them. I think bonfire night is one of the most romantic nights of the year. One day something romantic will happen to me on bonfire night. Not tonight. Tonight we've had a row about all the shite he put in the online shop.

Our neighbours put on an enormous display and invite the whole village. We just watched it from the garden. They were amazing. I can't begin to imagine what they cost. But MrP and I were in stitches, they had an electronic music soundtrack, it was like a Jean Michelle Jarre concert out there.

Just come back in from a large organised firework display. It was really good although one twin was more interested in poking me in the face than the fireworks . The field it was held in was like a quagmire. Completely thick of mud what with all the rain we've had.

Randomly 2 poppy sellers in exact CJ Brize uniform plus beret walked past. Quite nice looking but maybe about 20 years old. When we were leaving, one was standing at the side and he did look tanned. A young CJ perhaps although it was dark. I was near him and had my phone with me to take a pic but I was carrying one twin so had my hands full.

With a hot water bottle on my back and a cat on my knee, I fell asleep. I'd been watching Joanna Lumley and Elvis Presley. I quite liked what I saw but will have to watch the recording again I think as I only saw about half of it!

Am loving greenstuff's latest - what does everyone else think? I don't know how much research she did, but I feel as if I'm with her in that refugee camp. Of all the ff writers, she is definitely the top of my favourite non-MN authors.
