Ditto Calvin and I like the ballet dancer boy too - what a fighter and total trooper - respect. Think Ant is quite partial to both those boys' toughness and rightly so.

KellyHb · 04/11/2015 13:18

Haha woof. Grin What I wouldn't give to be led blindfolded by him into a darkened room. Wink

KellyHb · 04/11/2015 13:20

Calvin reminded me of a sort of young CJ character. Yes Anthony is fab too. I was punching the air when Anthony did his dive backwards. Star

cjwoofwoof · 04/11/2015 13:36

Ooh yes please to that kel - Foxy on one side, Colin on the other, manhandling/dragging me along for a very in-depth interrogation and severe dunking by Ant. Unfortunately, dammit, I'll probably lose all my clothes in the process and we'll simply have to dive backwards then skinny dip in the sea for a few hours as long as it's the Mediterranean of course, not Wales Shock

Ilovelblue · 04/11/2015 16:05

Getting withdrawal symptoms here - it's after 4pm and there's no update from Greenstuff. Aaaagh!

KellyHb · 04/11/2015 16:11

I need to catch up on the first chapter of that story ilove. And a load of other FF. I need to set an hour aside.

Dizzydots · 04/11/2015 16:37

Meanwhile we've been treated to the WoofFoxKel sandwich - great entertainment :)

Ilovelblue · 04/11/2015 17:11

....... and Greenstuff has updated. Sneakily reading it at work. Can't wait till I get home as I am too impatient.

Dizzydots · 04/11/2015 17:54

I'm glad it's not just me ilove who gets so hooked - eagerly awaiting my daily fix every time. She is brilliant.

icemistOBE · 04/11/2015 18:04

a group of ladies from the FB group and twitter are planning a meet up in Jan. If anyone wants to join in it will be 30th. I'm 90% going for the day and we are hoping to catch a matinee theatre show too (although you don't have to do this) I'd be happy stalking the places we know BA has been just seeing some of the sights aka nespresso shop Grin

moojangles · 04/11/2015 18:16

Saw it on the facebook group, quite tempted but the words ' might be on exercise' in Jan have been uttered chez mooj which means all plans made to be broken!

MaddieMoo82 · 04/11/2015 19:10

nickel as dizzy said DTTs author has moved everything over to the Meryton assembly website. It's a bit complicated at the start and and therefore I have only managed to find her and and follow the story and get updates. I have no idea how to find others. She has written 30 chapters so far and has just posted the first one. dizzy I'll think I'll wait till there is 4-5 chapters before I start.
Looking forward to catching up with foxy. Sounds like minute 24 is not to be missed, I'll have my remote ready to pause on that bit. Sounds like a woof\kelly triple decker ant/Colin/foxy/ club sandwich! Who's the meat? Wink
Liking greenstuffs new story, like you ilove I was worrying when at 3.30 there was no update! Read it in the field in the rain whilst walking the dog, brightened the walk up! Smile

Richtea19 · 04/11/2015 20:07

Evening all, busy day today with the boys..shopping. Perhaps worst than girls!

I've just seen a trailer for what looks like a good drama next Monday on bbc2, London Spy. Looks like quite a star studded cast.

KellyHb · 04/11/2015 21:02

Yes Maddie I have a huge lusting for Foxy. Oo those pecs and cuppage potential. Seeing him in his all in one wet suit today was indeed a highlight. After a stressful evening I might need to watch the episode again for some light hand relief. Blush

Ilovelblue · 04/11/2015 21:15

What a frustrating afternoon. When I rang the health insurance company up yesterday, they have changed their policy and to visit the physio I have used previously, I now need a referral letter from my doctor. The alternative is to use one of their Nuffield physios. The letter was supposed to be ready from the doctor today so I rang up the surgery just to check it was there and no, it wasn't and got a lecture about how many referral letters they do every week etc etc. Decided to ring the health insurance people up again and to see who they recommended if indeed it would speed it all up. After waiting about 10 minutes on the phone, she told me the nearest one they recommended was 25 miles away in Manchester! How ridiculous. Why would anyone want a 50 mile round trip to visit a physio when the one they've used in the past is only 4 miles from home?

pixieg1rl · 04/11/2015 21:35

Another great update rhu. I'm going to be sad when this one ends.

Hi all- sorry I didn't put my name on the card this time. I'm sure he won't notice my absence sadly!

Ilove - you have my total sympathy. My gp just referred my son to a specialist physio (he is the team GB physio for that particular sport and based a mile away) and our insurance won't cover it. They only use Nuffield. It is very very annoying. Nuffield are more like 5 miles than 25 for us but the distance is not the point. Is Nuffield run by the Mafia or something - they seem to have some sort of racket going? I hope you get the referral you need.

I really need to watch Catastrophe- I read a really good review and now your recommendation here makes me think I'm missing out.

Ilovelblue · 04/11/2015 22:07

Thanks Always. I am back with my previously used physio for an appointment next week. The helpline person this afternoon said as long as a referral letter had been promised, they would issue me with a claims reference number and I could go to my own clinic. Still rankles though over this Nuffield thing. I mean, if you need physio and it means - for example - you are struggling to drive, then a 50 mile round trip is out of the question unless somebody else were to take you. I told the helpline person they need to feed this back but I guess I was talking to deaf ears. Who are your insurers? Our company uses Cigna. I'd never heard of them before - we've had Axa, BUPA and all the usual ones in the past - and Cigna have been quite good up till now, but this really, really irritated me.

Sorry to rant!

KellyHb · 04/11/2015 22:10

Sorry about the hassle you had today ilove. I really hope it gets sorted soon.

Yes always I really recommend Catastrophe. Rob Delaney's character is such a hilarious/adorable boyfriend. I need to watch the first series.

ice like I said over on FB, I think me and DH are going away that weekend for my birthday keels over in shock

Ilovelblue · 04/11/2015 22:18

ice I really fancy meeting up with everyone and I did see the invitation on Facebook but last weekend, I booked an overnight stay for myself and my neighbour as our belated Christmas present to ourselves (get stuck what to buy each other these days) and we are having a shopping and eating extravaganza that weekend. Sorry.

Alwaysfrank · 04/11/2015 22:22

Will check out Catastrophe Kelly - sounds promising.

Ilove - ours is with Simply Health. DH says they have just been bought by AXA and ironically the physio is approved by most major insurers including AXA. Unfortunately our policy terms are quite clear and physio cover is Nuffield or nuffink! We went today anyway to the recommended chap and I have paid. He wants him to have an MRI so this should be covered on the insurance at least- so back to the GP surgery tomorrow for another referral.

Onlygirljen · 04/11/2015 22:24

ilove bupa are now the same in requiring referral letter before they will let you have physio from somebody not on their list. I've had to have both physio and an operation for different issues through my work policy in the last few years. Obviously it's a luxury and I was immensely grateful to not have to go on a waiting list, but it was an absolute admin nightmare both times. Hope you get it sorted.

Ilovelblue · 04/11/2015 22:32

Jen you've hit the nail on the head - it's a great perk to have through work so I shouldn't whinge too much and although you can look at it as jumping the queue, I look at it as leaving your NHS place open for somebody else. I wouldn't get physio like this on the NHS. First it would be a really long wait and then from what others have told me, it would be one quick consultation and a list of exercises to do. Last time, I had deep heat, lots of massage, some traction and even some electrotherapy type stuff for about 10 weeks.

icemistOBE · 05/11/2015 06:47

Morning

So the birthday card should be the agents now....

What a rigmarole to get your physio ilove

Dizzydots · 05/11/2015 06:50

Morning. What date is the birthday ice?
