The actor's name isn't in the credits. They show the pocket watch, but not 'Stephen Yuenn' with it.

Could all be a very clever bluff by the programme makers, though.

I don't think so Dixie & Adorabelle as it drips! It also starts higher up and spreads downwards. There'd be some bowing of the fence itself too if the nails were being forced I'd have thought.

Not entirely sure what the point of that episode was....

I'm very good with voices (it always ruins the big reveal when someone who you can't see is talking and you're supposed to be surprised when you see who it is) and I'm about 80% sure that the voice at the end is Glenn. I'd be more sure if it was more than one word. Norman Reedus is apparently claiming that it definitely isn't Glenn but we've established that we can't trust the man what with him claiming that the FEMA unit from series 5 was the RV.
